Hi, i have not received my inward remittance o[censored]sd 310, 76 this was deposited on 11th january 2019 and is still not deposited by axis bank in my account there was complaint raised with no help complaint nos 48227901 this complaint was auto closed no reason provided than another complaint was raised nos — 48603996 agent nadeem m anted the mt number to track so i provided him the mt nos than he sent a mail he wants the mt nos on a psf file so i sent him the mt nos on a pdf file a mail was sent again by him that this will be resolved in $ working days so i called on the 4th day and was informed the complaint is closed due to lack of info the agent did not bother to mark a mail to me regarding this and the case was closed without my knowledge worst customer service they are playing with customers i am now again provided with complaint nos — 48712118 and sup promised me a callback tomm nobody in axis knows where my money is i need a resolution for this as this has dragged too long.

    I am sorry to say that my experience with axisremit was pretty bad. I initiated transfer on 14th morning and it only got completed on 16th night.

    Further, the rate at time of transaction was 46.58 but what was offered to me was 46.34. This is completely absurd and i pledge not use your service anytime in future.

      This service is a joke. They treat customers a joke. The customer service representatives are bad.
      It has been 1 month since i made a transaction for $7, 500 from usa to india and axis bank is still siting on my money!
      They send 10 emails everyday giving bull information. Their customer service is worse than that, they have no idea what in the world is going on, a bunch of bad people is an understatement.
      Never ever use this service. I have spent hours and days escalating matters and still don't have a resolve.
      Axisremit is full of crap!

        I would like to warn everyone using the axis remit service
        The rates they show u will never be actually converted on.
        I did 2 transfers back to back - the first one of 700 GBP and the next 12000 GBP. They processed the first one within 16 hours and took 4 days for the bigger amount and made sure that I lost on a big amount.
        These bankers should be convicted

          I signed up for axis remit service recently to transfer usd to inr.
          I was promised a transfer rate of additional 23 paise than the rate shown online for users who transmit between 1-15th april which they were promoting heavily as "big remittance month".
          I pointed out that during my transfer it is not showing the extra 23 paise but they confirmed it would show up once the transfer is started.

          So i booked a transfer for $2999 on their site and to my surprise they backed out of their claim stating it is only users who register between 1-15 april and i had registered around 25th march so i do not qualify though this was my first transfer with axis.

          It is now been more than a week that they have deducted the amount from my account though i told them to cancel the transfer if i wasn't given the promo price. The money is gone and they just keep pushing back the date when the recipient would get the money.

            They take about an offer as if you are qualified. After fulfillment they read in between lines and say that you are not qualified because of another wording of the same offer. Beware this is not in T&C but even in the main offer details itself.

            On top of this customer service is too bad and they respond as if they are running this company with a same old template starting with "Sorry you are not qualified and hope this message is clear and satisfactory " . This is really ridiculous

            Kindly refer mail number 10845633 in your complaints or customer service reference data base. They emailed me on 26-Mar saying will get an solution before Apr-1 but till today they haven't sent me any update.

              They promised a promotional remit of additional 27ps per dollar and have not yet credited on my account. Also it took more than a week to complete the transaction processing and the customer care service is irresponsible. Axis customer care initiated a service request(#[protected] and now the customer service is not even responding for my emails regarding this.

                Worst experience ever. I transferred money on Apr. 20 and today till Aug 8, I have not received my money. By mistake I entered wrong IFSC code. They send me payment successful. I checked my account and called them, they said there was a problem. I did whatever they asked me to do, but didn't work. I called them again and even write email dictated by their own agent. Even online whatever was told i did. No money transferred. I emailed them nothing worked. I asked them to return money, first they agreed and when I didn't receive the money, I emailed them and they are saying I need to bear the transfer cost. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PHONE CUSTOMER CARE AND EMAIL PEOPLE. BOTH SAY DIFFERENT THINGS AND NO ONE KEEP THEIR PROMISES. I told them at least transfer the money to India account, but they keep asking to do something different everytime and I didn't receive money yet. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO REMOVE THEM FROM THIS ACCOUNTFORGET ME TRANSFERRING MONEY AGAIN. I will really like to sue them for such an harassment.

                  I have initiated a transfer on Saturday 04/07/2015 (displayed as 06/07/2015 in axisremit website), Money has been debited from my overseas account on the same day. However, in axisremit website status of transaction is displayed as money awaited. On writing an email to nri.[protected]@axisbank.com, I recieved an auto generated response saying " We shall respond to you within 1 working day"... but no response at all. Its an emergency and I need to transfer money to my parents in India very quickly. Please help me.
                  I am really scared after reading all these reviews in this forum. Is there any way of getting the money back ?

                    I am totally disappointed with the service quality of Axis Remit. I have made the transaction AXB14HLAI567 on 12th aug 14. The transaction is kept on hold stating my credit account name firstname.lastname is not in full length. This is ridiculuos and I am helpless with the poor Axis customer service. Its been already three working days. They are asking me to wait for another 2-3 working days. I am helpless . Could someone help me here Dont ever use axis remit. Abdul

                      Their website is very poor. We jumped through hoops to add our overseas bank to the remit online screen. After somehow getting that done, we transferred $25000 USD to our axis bank account in India. It has been 17 days and we still haven't received the money. When we call the customer service rep, all they do is sincerely verify who is calling...after that they have no resolution to the issue. They just ask us to call back after 2 days and nothing happens. After much haggling and repeated calling, some bright rep told us that if our overseas account is a joint account, then we need to send the screen shot of our joint account and the screen shot of the transaction showing that money was wired. After sending all this, we are still awaiting our money transfer. It is much easier to just wire money from your local US bank, and avoid this headache. Poor processes, poor website and extremely pathetic customer service. -M Iyer

                        I have signed up for axis bank remitting service and also I have provided social security and activated my remittance account too. I remitted $10000 through axis remit on 01/28. However I received email from axis remit regarding their migration to new website so their website was not available until 29 Jan 2014 8.30 PM EST as per their email. I received an email with new password for logging into their new website. on 29 Jan 2014 9 PM EST. I was not able to log in and got error message as "Login ID Password Error User ID is disabled, please write to us at nri.[protected]@axisbank.com or call us at our customer service numbers" . When I contacted their customer service at[protected],[protected] phone numbers more than 3 times. Every time I was told that "there is no issue with my user id and the problem occurs since they migrated to new website". They asked me to write an email regarding this problem to customer service. I emailed them also and it is more than 24 hours now since I called and emailed them. No resolution so far. Still I am not able to log in to see the status of my transaction also I am not able to do any more remittance. I am afraid that my identity is theft by axis remit and they stolen my money also from bank and now they do not allow me to use their service. They are not eligible to continue their remittance business in USA so please cancel their license.
                        Please stay away . Do not use theier service for money remittance.

                          I initiated a transfer of SGD 12500 (Remittance Ref # [protected], Remittance Ref # [protected], Remittance Ref # [protected]) on the 5th Sept – Thursday.
                          The money was immediately deducted from my Singapore DBS account. And 5 days from the day of transfer, I still see the status as money awaited!!! Are you kidding me?

                          I have been transferring money through various banks from past 5 years and it never took more than 2-3 days. The transfer rate on 5th Sept was 52.29 and the rate has already come down drastically and I don’t know what the bank is waiting for!

                            Axis Remit-- times of money

                            I had trasmitted the amount to Axis bank on 12th May and since then the status is showing as MOney Awaited. I have been trying to reach on mails and call but not getting any proper response. Not sure why they are holding the money and how long it would take them to transfer. Its been four days and still unaware of what to do? I had seen similar compliants but not sure if any action has been taken on them or not.

                            Please dont go for Axis remit.

                              I initiated 2 transactions from HDFC Quick Remit and AXIS remit at the same time.
                              HDFC has cleared on time as usual , but AXIS remit was just holding the money.

                              I got a confirmation email from AXIS Remit saying they recieved money from Singapore.
                              But, online status was shown as "Money Awaited"-- TOO BAD

                              I dropped an email to AXIS remit customer service -- No response even after couple of days.
                              In summary , I can say its the worst and just by looking at 2-3 paise more exchange rate through AXIS remit can lead to huge loss and no one to support you.... Because AXIS remit is more interested to hold our money and make business for few days , then release our money.. Its their motto I believe

                                I have been using AXIS REMIT for sometime now. There are two major deficiencies with this bank:

                                1. There is no contact number to call from Australia. You can only communicate by email & the response is only automated and there is no individual to talk to. I have deposited some money which was not sent to the beneficiary and Axis Bank simply closed the transaction without a proper explanation by simply stating "no payment will be made to any beneficiary in lieu of this particular transaction". Added to that the money has not been returned till now. It has been 12 days so far, I do not know how much longer I will have to wait.

                                2. On their website, their FAQs state that you can send money to any Axis Bank account. Yet when I sent money to an Axis Bank account, it was rejected. This is very frustrating!

                                This bank really needs to improve a lot.

I am from australia as well.. the bank is not responding and money has not been returned to me.. plesae confirm if your money was sent back to you.. will never use this again.. going back to ICICI or SBI..

                                  They are taking money from US bank and in the name of Verifying account ,does not remit the money for 5 Days, and no change of status in the Verify account.I talked and mailed to their Customer service people, but they always says, we will let you know.You cannot register this complain in their website, they do not write any specific reason for this delay and I do not know how I may get this money back which have withdrawn from my US account and have not been remitted to india account.
                                  Also the customer service will always ask for your date of birth and some of them will insist upon that to expose your security like this date of birth on phone.They are actually a bunch of Non professional people in Banking sector.I may take legal action against them

                                  i also transfered money using the axis remit service, generally i send it using money2india but as it is not working in australia i used this service, i went by the name axis and thought it to be good, i sent it just yesterday, the money is gone from my account but the status on axis site is still showing as money awaited, can you tell me if your money did reach india or not ? if not then i will ask my bank to recall this transaction immediately. pls help

                                  Please don't use Axis remit services.

                                  There are involved in malpractices. Their transactions are not transparent. In 9 out of 10 transfers you will find your rates are manipulated and delay in funds transferred to the beneficiary account. All the bad credit goes to Times of Money. They are culprits for these manipulations. If you look at closely their indicative rates and market rates on the day of transfer, you will notice that they will cut nearly 30 paise down into their pocket.

                                  NEVER EVER YOUR AXIS REMIT OR TIME OF MONEY SERVICES.
                                  I should have read these reviews before. It took 4 weeks for me to create the AxiRemit account and add bank account . Once the bank account added, I tried to transfer the amount. But it took nearly one week saying I need to verify my bank. But there is no option in website to verify (enter the amount credited/debited my account). But I need to send amount ASAP to India, tried to withdraw the amount from my bank and then realized that the AXIS bank is already debited the amount. And the withdraw process caused me an insufficient balance fee by the US bank. Now I don't have any option to send money, since it is already debited by AxisRemit from my account. Called customer service, but some non professionals attended the call. Sent a mail and waiting for them to get at least the amount debited.

                                  I believe there will be some option in US to complain about this. I am planning to log a complain in Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Please let me know if someone is aware of anything else.

                                  I used SBI remit, and Icici money2India before and never faced these type of issues. I am planning to continue using ICICI money2India.

                                  Please never use AxisRemit service.

                                  Its very disgusting service i find ever.. up to now i create few account nothing working.. just recently my n have ew account ID: shaboo999 U dont have proper login page for axisremmit.com Its money matter u have to friendly use of service not complex
                                  Incompetent and unproductive customer service, they can't provide status or help customer in anyway. It's been almost 7 days since I transferred money from US account, wire got processed on the same day. Initially axis remit guys kept claiming they haven't received funds, and after sending confirmation from my local bank today cs rep told me hey received funds (after they put me 20 mins hold). But now they can't credit my India account 4 days from now - not sure why and they don't know why either
                                  I think these guys keep all transactions on hold, piss of the customers and finally send the money only when exchange rate is low - stupid practice for a well known banking company

                                  I wish I had reviewed these comments before sending money through axis bank, stay away from using axis remit -
                                  Axis remit service us worst and their customer service is brutal, On Jan 21st i intiated the remittance till feb 19th ( today) they haven't send the money to beneficiary's account, When i want complaint they will ask to send a email, I sent tons of emails and never get any reply from them, I am just tired with this stupid bank, And the worst part is they don't even cancel the transaction and u never get my money back .
                                  If something happend to u r transaction that is it, they will take all the money .

                                  I have opened a case with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding this, I am working with them to open a federal case against these guys .

                                  I will update again once i got any information on this case .
