Pathetic service by axis remit

I am sorry to say that my experience with axisremit was pretty bad. I initiated transfer on 14th morning and it only got completed on 16th night.

Further, the rate at time of transaction was 46.58 but what was offered to me was 46.34. This is completely absurd and i pledge not use your service anytime in future.

Incompetent and fraudulent service

This service is a joke. They treat customers a joke. The customer service representatives are bad.
It has been 1 month since i made a transaction for $7, 500 from usa to india and axis bank is still siting on my money!
They send 10 emails everyday giving bull information. Their customer service is worse than that, they have no idea what in the world is going on, a bunch of bad people is an understatement.
Never ever use...

Big fraudulent service

I would like to warn everyone using the axis remit service
The rates they show u will never be actually converted on.
I did 2 transfers back to back - the first one of 700 GBP and the next 12000 GBP. They processed the first one within 16 hours and took 4 days for the bigger amount and made sure that I lost on a big amount.
These bankers should be convicted...

Transfer rate below promised rate-money disappeared

I signed up for axis remit service recently to transfer usd to inr.
I was promised a transfer rate of additional 23 paise than the rate shown online for users who transmit between 1-15th april which they were promoting heavily as "big remittance month".
I pointed out that during my transfer it is not showing the extra 23 paise but they confirmed it would show up once the transfer is started.

So i booked a transfer...

Poor and Frustrating service

They take about an offer as if you are qualified. After fulfillment they read in between lines and say that you are not qualified because of another wording of the same offer. Beware this is not in T&C but even in the main offer details itself.

On top of this customer service is too bad and they respond as if they are running this company with a same old template starting with "Sorry you are not qualified and hope this message...

Promotional charge

They promised a promotional remit of additional 27ps per dollar and have not yet credited on my account. Also it took more than a week to complete the transaction processing and the customer care service is irresponsible. Axis customer care initiated a service request(#[protected] and now the customer service is not even responding for my emails regarding this....

Worst experience ever. I transferred money on Apr. 20 and today till Aug 8, I have not received my money. By mistake I entered wrong IFSC code. They send me payment successful. I checked my account and called them, they said there was a problem. I did whatever they asked me to do, but didn't work. I called them again and even write email dictated by their own agent. Even online whatever was told i did. No money transferred. I emailed them...

I have initiated a transfer on Saturday 04/07/2015 (displayed as 06/07/2015 in axisremit website), Money has been debited from my overseas account on the same day. However, in axisremit website status of transaction is displayed as money awaited. Transaction is kept on hold.

I am totally disappointed with the service quality of Axis Remit. I have made the transaction AXB14HLAI567 on 12th aug 14. The transaction is kept on hold stating my credit account name firstname.lastname is not in full length. This is ridiculuos and I am helpless with the poor Axis customer service. Its been already three working days. They are asking me to wait for another 2-3 working days. I am helpless . Could someone help me...

Very Poor service, Unsatisfactory Customer Service Rep

Their website is very poor. We jumped through hoops to add our overseas bank to the remit online screen. After somehow getting that done, we transferred $25000 USD to our axis bank account in India. It has been 17 days and we still haven't received the money. When we call the customer service rep, all they do is sincerely verify who is calling...after that they have no resolution to the issue. They just ask us to call back after 2 days and...

Poor and Frustrating service

I have signed up for axis bank remitting service and also I have provided social security and activated my remittance account too. I remitted $10000 through axis remit on 01/28. Being Cheated!...5 days after money deducted from account, status still shows "money awaited " -

I initiated a transfer of SGD 12500 (Remittance Ref # [protected], Remittance Ref # [protected], Remittance Ref # [protected]) on the 5th Sept – Thursday.
The money was immediately deducted from my Singapore DBS account. And 5 days from the day of transfer, I still see the status as money awaited!!! Are you kidding me?

I have been transferring money through various banks from past 5 years and it never took more than...

Axis Remit --> Remit status shows as money awaited even after the money has been deducted from my account

Not sure why they are holding the money and how long it would take them to transfer. Its been four days and still unaware of what to do? I had seen similar compliants but...

AXIS Remit- Holds the money and does business , then sends to us

I initiated 2 transactions from HDFC Quick Remit and AXIS remit at the same time.
HDFC has cleared on time as usual , but AXIS remit was just holding the money.

I got a confirmation email from AXIS Remit saying they recieved money from Singapore.
But, online status was shown as "Money Awaited"-- TOO BAD

I dropped an email to AXIS remit customer service -- No response even after couple...

No direct contact, money not returned

I have been using AXIS REMIT for sometime now. There are two major deficiencies with this bank:

1. There is no contact number to call from Australia. You can only communicate by email & the response is only automated and there is no individual to talk to. I have deposited some money which was not sent to the beneficiary and Axis Bank simply closed the transaction without a proper explanation by simply stating "no payment...

Axisremit-They are taking money from US bank and not transmit

They are taking money from US bank and in the name of Verifying account ,does not remit the money for 5 Days, and no change of status in the Verify account.I talked and mailed to their Customer service people, but they always says, we will let you know.You cannot register this complain in their website, they do not write any specific reason for this delay and I do not know how I may get this money back which have withdrawn from my US account...
