[Resolved]  Axis Remit — Poor and Frustrating service

They take about an offer as if you are qualified. After fulfillment they read in between lines and say that you are not qualified because of another wording of the same offer. Beware this is not in T&C but even in the main offer details itself.

On top of this customer service is too bad and they respond as if they are running this company with a same old template starting with "Sorry you are not qualified and hope this message is clear and satisfactory " . This is really ridiculous

Kindly refer mail number 10845633 in your complaints or customer service reference data base. They emailed me on 26-Mar saying will get an solution before Apr-1 but till today they haven't sent me any update.

Another one : Mail reference number.12204812

I haven't kept track of all my reference numbers from the day one that is end of Feb and till now it is continuing as a long story...
