I have initiated a transfer on Saturday 04/07/2015 (displayed as 06/07/2015 in axisremit website), Money has been debited from my overseas account on the same day. However, in axisremit website status of transaction is displayed as money awaited. On writing an email to nri.[protected]@axisbank.com, I recieved an auto generated response saying " We shall respond to you within 1 working day"... but no response at all.
Its an emergency and I need to transfer money to my parents in India very quickly.
