          I am Nishant Kumar Pandey and my PAN AYRPP5098E, how can any company open account for their customer without customers knowledge. Now I am getting msgs from your side on my mobile number 91 [protected]. And you people generate a UCC K2735154 without my permission.

          Hi Nishant, the same thing they have done with me. They are asking for payment for a DEMAT account I have never opened. Even I never traded with Axis Security. This is ridiculous and a fraudulent activity.

            Hi Team,

            how can any company open account for their customer without customers knowledge. Now i am getting some mails that i have to pay more than 800 rs for axis demat account as annual maintenance charges.
            I have no idea of demat or user id or password.
            From email i came to know that my Account No is 1333030.

            I never applied for a Demat account so how can your company bill me?

            Can you please provide me with the document as proof that I applied for a Demat account. any document where i signed or any digital signature or any call recording when i asked your team for Demat account activation.

            Hi Abinesan, I am also facing the same issue. Axis Direct is charging me RS. 221 without any reason. I have not had any trading account with them. This is ridiculous behaviour by them. Have you got any solution of this?

                    I see that the Axis Securities are sending me a statement where it shows net across exchange = INR 855/-1st of all, I've given no consent to open my demat account.Kindly check any phone call recording from my number or email ID and you will find no proof of it.2nd, you have charged me unnecessarily for which if you don't remove it, I'll file a complain against you for forming my account and misusing my personal information to create a chargeable demat account. My sincere request to you is to close this demat account where I've given no consent and is complete misuse of my personal data.

                                I bought 41 shares of HEXAWARE on 12Aug 2020 and pledged 490shares of Alok Industries but I am not finding these shares in my Axisdirect Demat Account. In this regard many complaints are raised (complaints No. 3528462, 5215764, 5218505, 5212332, 5212334 etc ) but no resolution is provided. Axisdirect and Axis Bank is debiting some amount daily from my linked Axis savings account. None of them is bothered about my complaints. Please help me.

                                    This is to inform you that I had claimed online pension amount in provident fund portal on dt. 25.12.2019 but claim was rejected due to service period less than 6 months.but actual my service period details is from 2016 to 2019.
                                    So I raised a grievance in provident fund portal. they respond that my service period details from pf no. MHBAN[protected] has not been transferred and accounted in BGBNG[protected] trust in eps.

                                    On dt. 26.06.2020 again I had submitted online pension claim but rejected with same reason that service period details has not updated yet.

                                    Form 11 and Screenshot where respond received has attached for your reference.

                                    Pls update my form 11 and Annexure K of previous service details in eps in provident fund portal.

                                    Pls update on urgent basis so that I am able to claim online pension claim.
