Hello, I use BEST electricity service in Mumbai. Electricity Bill under BEST was paid twice by me on the dates: [protected] and[protected] The bill amount was 1100/- and I paid 1100/- + 1100/-. The receipt numbers for both the transactions are: 518764 and 667341 Payment IDs for both the transactions are: 67774782 and 68382900. Please return the back the access money as soon as possible.
