I have consumer no[protected] in name of Girish Hansraj Kothari with BEST. I have got an unreasonable electricity bill of Rs 17, 290 for the month of March 2022. I request you to take some action immediately and look in the matter. Such a amount to pay for electricity is not acceptable as our using is not such heavy.

    The above flat was rented until December 2021. I have not received the bills because it is registered on her mobile and her email address. Please change it to my email address which is [protected]@yahoo.com and my local phone no.[protected]. I live in Dubai so I cannot come to your office.

        I had already raised complaint 4 months ago regarding excessive light bill, even though officers came to our home and changes the meter board, after that our light bill was coming less, but now suddenly again the last month light amount is very much high, and now the light bill amount is Rs.4910, which is too high to pay for middle class. Request you to please look into the matter and solve our problem.

          The bus they are getting late always 10 to 15 mins and it's morning and all people work time.When bus not coming on time.Then it gone rush always and in that tim conductor start to misbehave with passengers.
          Today also same thing happened.
          At 9.15 bus came at samta nagar stop.
          Bus no 703.;
          Bus NO: MH 01 LA 6249.
          I means who is complaining.
          I provided the mobile app with ticket screen to get the ticket.And told the conductor for ticket to borivali stn.
          (Kaka borivali stn in normal language and in sweet tone)
          But Conductor replied me bar code kad re in rudely and angryness.When i ask kaka chila kyu rahe ho he replied santh ho baith Shanti se. Aur itni gardi mai agar aap ko koi chilaye toh kaise lagega aur aapki galti b na ho toh aur conductor fir b santh nain hua unki baad baad chalum thi.
          Its hurts more kisi ki bhejati kyu kar rahe hai aap its your job.
          I request to BEST DEPT ki aap apne conductor ko kaise baat karni hai sikhaye kyuki subhe subhe bine wajh k koi aap ko chilayege toh din toh kharab jaygee he upar se mind b santh nai hoga ki bhey wajh aapko sunna dia.
          Aur waise bolne par log hasane lage jaise mere he galti hai jabhi maine pucha kaka se ki aap chila kyu rahe hai tabhi sabne hasana band kia.
          Agar conductor ko mobile aap se taklif hai toh mobile aap se kyu ticket de rha ho band kar dijia nai toh aap apne conductor ko baat karne sikhaya.
          Its a humble request to BEST DEPT.
          If providing mobile app for ticket.
          He told in very bad form and rudely
          Scanner nikal re woh b gussa mai.
          I told him.

          Please do the needful.

              My name is Mukesh Patale.
              Last month our electricity bill was 70rs and units consumed was 31.

              This month, units consumed is 68 but generated bill is of rs 2403
              In which, current months bill amount (A) is 355.55
              And Total adjustment amount is 2052.97rs.

              Can you please help me to understand what's this Total adjustment amount is?
              Why should I pay that money.

                I am in cst bus stop .. and i use chalo app .. the app shown that the bus is arrived buy the bus driver say this is not going ... And bus no. Is MH 03 CV 5932 cst to geeta nagar but bus driver say no...

                        I am Advocate Minal Lad, a regular ladies commuter travelling from charkop to Laxmi Industries in bus no. 259. I daily travel in a bus no. 259 @ 9.00 am or 9.15 am except sunday and second saturday. Best Bus Drivers and Conductors appointed to drive bus nos. like 259 doesn't have sense or manners to either talk with ladies commuters or other commuters as well. The crowd in the aforesaid bus increasing day by day. Sometimes we ladies find difficult to board the bus from back door of the bus. Hence we have compelled to get board in the bus from front side door of the bus or the door besides the bus driver. However, the Bus drivers of the said bus use such abusive language in lieu of directing us to get board in the said bus from the back side doors. Yesterday, one lady was handicapped she got bored the bus from front side door, as usual driver commenced with abusive language. Hence, I asked him to control himself and before speaking anything i asked him to see the person properly. Thereon, He started abusing me as well.

                        One day one conductor was defining all the gents commuters travelling from charkop market to laxmi industries as chor, lukkhe, and all. I asked him whether do anyone has complained you off missing stuffs in the said bus. He reverted me no. Then I asked him why are you defining anyone as thieves and lukkhas and all. Blatantly he replied, I have seen so many thieves in past. I said Please live in present. Dont mis-judge every one on your past experiences. Then he was arguing with me that kurla mein log aise hote hai, waise hote hai.. I said him abhi kisine kuch kiya hai. Continously whole way he was abusing every gents commuters without any reason.

                        This is my request convert said 259 bus into AC Bus kindly change the staffs appointed in the said bus.

                                    I retired from BSNL since 3 years (2018) as we had alloted at quarter house B 49 at Wadala since 11 years. Our electricity consumer no.[protected]CA No.1971155) During the year 2018, we moved to Kandivali flat. Before shifting, I had arranged the Filled by Allottee and submitted to our Society office and had already paid the amounts for electric bill. But still they have continued to sms me in mobile for electric bill till the present date. Who stays at flat B 49 at Wadala. Who paid the bills amounts dated 24/12/2019 - Rs240/Cash, 20/02/2020 - Rs.340/Cheque and 12/3/2021- Rs.1379.62/Cheque. I didn't pay these bill amounts on the above. But I have received the bill of Rs.5370/- at present from my mobile.

                                    Please do the needful and disconnect the electric bill at that above flat no and also in my mobile no in future after we had moved out on 31/5/2018 from Wadala quarter.

                                    I received your mail regarding the electricity bills (CA No.1971155) for January, 2022 and February, 2022. I am shocked to read that bills which the bill charges are Rs.5370/- in December, 2021 and Rs.820/- in January, 2022. I want to know who stays at B-49 at present as we had shifted to Kandivali in31st May, 2018. Why they still send me the bills every month after I had told to remove my mobile no and email id. I had retired from BSNL in August, 2018. I had submitted all alloted forms to office. See attached documents which I had sent you in previous months.
