I received a Bill of Rs. 11180.00 for July 2016 - which is way above my normal average bill. Since the amount was over the ECS mandate - I paid the bill promptly by cheque on 29/07/2016 and which has been cleared and acknowledged. For your information I had hand delivered two letters on or about 31st July or 1st August 2016 and which have been acknowledged by the ward office. One letter Subject is this "Excessive Bill" . The second letter Subject is: "Minimum Electricity Bill". In this I had informed you that we are proceeding on an extend holiday starting from 3rd August 2016 to 9th Dec 2016 and that during this period I may please be charged Minimum Electricity Bill due negligible consumption. However, I have received a bill of Rs.1620.00 for 2016/8. I shall request you to kindly re-check and adjust the bill and rectify the matter. Please acknowledge receipt.
