B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Faulty meter | |||
Dear Sir, For more than 3 months my meter is not showing the reading and its BEST that is sending me the bill every month. I fail to understand how a government organisation like you can charge customers like this. It's been 3 months now. I am a resident of Sion Raheja Regency and flat no 301. I thought that the BEST changes meter automatically but it's been more then 3 months now. Moreover we don't delay your payments. Isn't it your duty to be transparent in charging your customers a fair charge or inform them that their meter is not working and they should be replaced immediately. Most o[censored]s are not aware as the meters are inside the refugee area or need to take permissions from the concerned authorities to check on our meter.
