B.e.s.t. Undertaking — File Complaint against High Electricity Bill. | |||
With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that I am a customer of your BEST Undertaking., Also my consumer No/ID is[protected] for more than 50 years. Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill, about which I would like to tell you that from the past my electricity bill ranged from Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1500. But in the last few months, my electricity bill has reached a maximum of Rs. 3500, which is not possible for me to pay. As far as I’m guessing, it’s not my fault, there’s something wrong with my electric meter reading or anything. Therefore I request you to please kindly send anyone to check my electric meter & power uses. Please do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.
