B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Inflated residential electricity bill | |||
This is with regards to my inflated electricity bill for june 2020.My consumer no is[protected]*1. I am a resident of matunga east and have paid during the lockdown all bills for March (Rs 780), April (Rs 1060) and May (Rs 970) for the year 2020. I have received an sms saying that for that above consumer number we are unable to deliver the physical bills, your june 2020 electricity bill is Rs 7070. My complaint is: 1. Why such inflated bills? 2. Even if the bill is not sent physically why m i unable to c the bill at all? 3. If this is an estimated bill sent by MTNL, on what basis is the assessment done. How can a customer know your estimated amount? 4. The bill says adjustment amount. Pls explain the basis for the same and on [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
