B. E. S. T. Undertaking — miss behavior by bus conductor

I catch bus from kalina nafa company bus stop due to over crowded bus unable to move a head, i taken ticket conductor was so rudely saying "chal ho pude" i said back you move head then i will move, conductor using abusing language to me and saying "mala shikau nakos" i am never answer back
I just inform you that pls teach to your staff how to behave with passengers for reference ticket machine number wdd30172 time 20:26:14 bus number 213

I was travelling today by C12 - Santacruz to Dahisar depot, boardedthe bus at Mith Chowki at 8.00 am.
The driver was driving very rashly and I missed falling off my seat more than twice.
Given below is the detail of the bus -

We are facing Black out in Sheetal Apartments and the adjacent areas for more than an hour now. It's near Dockyard Road Railway station, Mazgaon.
Kindly look into matter at the earliest.
