Recently i have renewed my bus pass from seepz depot n somehw i lost it. I visited depot n. Askd to issue a new card bt they askd to pay 140rs as well as N.C from police stn. I did not understnd if i am pyng 140rs dn y is n.c required also i have the slip which dey usually provide while renewal or new. As per my info it is reqd only when it is stolen. Also i calld on toll free but they r juz giving me different different number n askng me to call on that. No one is having the approraite answrs. Worst service n worst ppl r wrkng in govt department.
