B. E. S. T. Undertaking — olcc online payment - objection for giving the operation to paytm

Dear sir/ madam,
We were paying the electricity bill online by using vidushi 5.0 and there after using olcc by using credit card/ debit card. Now you have given the contract to paytm. They are not giving the access to option of credit/ debit cards, visa/master/bhim we have to download the paytm. App. When we have other option why would we depend on paytm?
