Consumer No.[protected] Bill For Mar 2017 Rs.240-00 made through HDFC netbanking on 12/4/2017.( Transaction Date:12/04/17 Transaction[protected] / Ref No.[protected] . Although amount was debited to my Internet banking account, receipt cannot be generated and amount is still showing as outstanding. Kindly rectify and confirm on registered mobile no. at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

Consumer No.[protected] Bill For Mar 2017 Rs.5500-00 was made through HDFC Bank account on 12/4/2017 ( Transaction ID[protected]. However, despite the amount being debited from my account, the receipt was not generated and the payment hasn't been updated in the system as well. Please rectify the error at the earliest.
