Dear sir, Consumer No.[protected] Bill For Mar 2017 Rs.780-00 made through Union Bank of India net banking account on 10/4/2017.( Transaction Date:10/04/17 Transaction Type:DR Transaction Amount: INR 780.00 Transaction Description:ePAY/To:TECHPROCESS/60580507/Electricity) . Although amount was debited to my Internet banking account, receipt is not generated and payment is not updated in the system. Please look into the matter and rectify the error at the earliest.
