B2X — B2X protect plan .Not honoring insurance

B2X is a service centre company which provide hardware repair and insurance for one plus devices.

This is to bring to your Notice the kind of fake promises and customer relation are being offered by B2X.

I took a accidental Coverage for my Device Oneplus2(IMEI :[protected]) bought on October 11, 2015 invoice no:KA-BLR[protected].The accidental insurance cover screen damage as well water Damage for a Year which is clearly mentioned in the policy provided by B2X Plan reference No:[protected].It is also mentioned that it is full coverage for one year and no depriciation will be calculated as per plan offered .This covers the 100% repair as mentioned in the plan.

I accidently dropped My device On 31-august 2016.Thereafter i saw that the screen was damaged from left hand top side.On raising below request on the mentioned siteb2xdomains.com/oneplus/
with mention request id Service request No:PR000437, Ticket No:TK000437 I got a mail from Shweta takke(phone no [protected]) from b2x representative for device pick up after the In principal Approval from a Third party Broker named AARVIINSURANCE broker pvt ltd.Documents regarding insurance further from a insurance company New India insurance was submitted along with declaration form(attached above)

The device was picked up on 7th September. After that after multiple mails device estimate was calculated and it was confirmed over phone that only screen damage is there.Yesterday i got a mail as follow from the AARVII that the device is total loss and claim for only 11999 will be given.not only that i was told by shweta over mail and phone that the device will not be given back as company is considering total loss.(this was no where in the original plan)

This rose my suspicion, today i went to b2x malleshwaram where and talked to store manage shivkumar.he again confirmed that the device is repairable and also he shared the Estimate copy (attached above) along with companys seal .

This confirms that device is not completely damage and as per plan B2X should honor their commitments and repair the screen of the device as mentioned in the plan and return it to me as there is lot of important data in the device.Not only this i came to an agreement by with b2x by purchasing this scheme not with any third party like aarvii and new india insurance.

the sum assured mentioned in the plan was worth of the device and no place in the plan depreciation was mentioned for partial loss.

B2X shall take action on this or else get ready to face a legal action.
