B2X — Pixel 3a phone

Hi, this is regarding my pixel phone which had charging issue so after chatting through google support they scheduled a pickup for my phone on 23rd of july 2020 and as per b2x tracking first it was supposed to be delivered back to me by 7th of august 2020 but it was not delivered, so sent a mail regarding this to b2x but got a reply stating its under diagnosis so again checked and the delivery date was changed to 15th of august but still havent got any message stating its out for delivery so again i checked tracking and now again the delivery date has been changed to 19th august. So its been almost 22 days since i my phone is with b2x, i dont know what scam is b2x doing. If i wont get the delivery my phone asap will lodge a case against same.
