B2X — Ticket# GL0115972 , Job# JOB 170173 - Phone Repair is not

This is regarding Ticket# GL0115972, JOB170173 . I had couple rounds of discussions with the b2x and google representatives on my pixel phone repair. But I still not get details asked. I got the estimate for the repair but there are suggestions which doesn’t deemed fit. I asked for the photos and other relevant details for the repair suggested. I was told by google representative that i will get details in 2 days. but I still not ger details after a wait for a week. I need this phone urgently repaired as it has my business contacts and i am loosing my business. Please act asap.
