[Resolved] Babyoye.com — Amount debited - but no order | |||||
On may 22, 2016, i exited by the baby oye offer flat 50 % and i ordered few of my baby girl dresses, then i done payment through credit card. Finally the respective amount 2650.50 is debited nicely, but cheated with no orders. And several times i contacted customer care is only have one phone number no body received phone. I am in really confusion to whom i should contact now who will resolve the issue. But one thing i am sure, there were no orders done only amount debited. Babyoye is really cheating customers and this is not expected behaviour. Please be sure don't buy any more things from baby oye especially online. May 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved It was an issue with payment gate way. However in short time customer care response given and reached me and they were placed and approved order fine.
I am glad to see that quick response however got at this moment.
I am just with drawing my complaint in consumer. But awaiting for delivery of the product still more 5 days needs to wait. Babyoye.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
