[Resolved]  Babyoye.com — Not recognizing my online payment

I made an online payment on 20th Sep 2013 to purchase one product from BabyOye online store using my citibank a/c (netbanking) and the amount was deducted from my account :- 0/09/2013PURCHASE SUBJECT: ONUS 20SEP1652 Card no.: 5081XXX2XXXX8505 20SEP AVENUES IND PVT LTD Ref:[protected] Ref No :- 20SEP1652594.15 But in babyoye the transaction was marked as 'Cancelled' :- Order NoDateShip toOrder TotalOrder Status[protected]<http://www.babyoye.com/sales/order/view/order_id/546000/> 20/09/2013Gitansh AgarwalRs.594.15*Canceled* I tried contacting babyoye and they came back saying :- Dear Gitansh, Thank you for writing in to us. We have received a confirmation that the payment against this order is not received by us. In case if the payment shows deducted then you can contact your bank and check with them and they will assist you on the same. In some cases the amount shows deducted, however it gets reversed back automatically in 5-7 working days. Your bank will provide more information about the same. Please feel free to revert in case of any queries. Thanks and Regards, Satish Vemul Babyoye Care Team Then I contacted CitiBank and they came back with :- Dear Mr. Agarwal, This is with reference to your query dated September 26, 2013. Our records indicate that you have made online purchase of Rs. 594.15 on September 20, 2013 towards Avenues India Private Limited. We confirm that the purchase has been successfully made and the payment has been effected to the Merchant vide Payment Voucher (PV) [protected] and trace number 778194. We request you to contact the service provider quoting the above reference numbers for further assistance. We value your relationship with Citibank and look forward to serving you again. For any further assistance, please feel free to contact our 24*7 CitiPhone banking division. Sincerely, Anju KarManager Customer Care Since then I'm keep on chasing Babyoye customer care and there is no response. I used to purchase lots of stuff online from may websites but never came across such pathetic customer care experience. Here amount is not huge but the inconvenience caused to me and time it has been taken resulted that I will keep this site in blocked websites section and will never advice anyone to purchase anything from Babyoye.
