I had visited ur store for purchasing a frock... The actual sp was 702 online but on store i got it for 1290... That wasnt an issue but within a week during christmas she wore it and with one wash its condition is pathetic its all plain white now... I wish to give it back n hope i get a better one... Georgina from jamshedpur [protected]... Its not 5he first time i am buying from your store... Ur store has a goodwill and trust thats the reason we go there...     Hi team,

    I would like to ask if one can charge gst after giving a discount on the mrp.

    For example,

    Option 1: no additional gst charged


    Mrp on an item = rs 1000

    Discount offered =50%

    Effective price= rs500 (1000*50)/100)

    Option 2: additional gst charged


    Mrp on an item = rs 1000

    Discount offered =50%

    Discounted price= 500

    Gst @ 18% = 90 (500*18/100)

    Effective price= 500 + 90 = 590

    Please help me with the answer which option is correct and if we have any rule/document link for the same.

      This complaint is regarding a wooden high chair I bought on April 8thProduct description is babyoye wooden natural color high chair.
      Its been only 2 days since My baby is using it and I see a crack already on the attached feeding tray of the chair.
      It appears to be a poor quality wooden that would not last for more than 3 months. And I paid INR 6100 for this piece of trash.
      Worst part is the store where I bought it from has also rude staff and I showed them few dents to them in the store for which they said it comes like that from the company. I am surprised that company manufactures defective piece and then put it to sell in stores.
      Disappointed with this kind of quality from FirstCry
      Please let me know how to get refund for it.
      Firstcry is a fraud company and sells poor quality baby products.

        Hi, I purchased your high chair last year june 2016 from aundh store, pune. It was home delivered to us on next day where our luggage was loading into the truck as we were moving to hyderabad. after coming here we could not open it for 6 months after which when i opened and started using it i realized it was not fitting well. When i showed it to hitech city babyoye showroom Mr. Razvi check and told me that it's a defective piece. Later I approached babyoye area manager Mr. MOSCHE in hyderbad on the advice of pune store manager that he would help me. But no one ever turned out. Now Please let me know what should i do ?
        I tried calling my Mosche and requested him to look into the matter but haven't got the required response may be because of his busy schedule.

        looking forward for the help. I was given a defective piece hence all i wanted is to kindly change it with the new one...

          The store in infosys, mahindra city chennai-the lady working here is not responsible to the customers speaking arrogantly to the customers. When asking for the bill she doesn't even respond to it. The bill amount is Rs.728 but she gave the bill only for Rs.428 and told some issues in the system. And rectify the same and provide the correct bill the next day but it has been more than 12 days she is not giving the correct bill

            The company has not refunded rs.1000 and there customer care never respond. They said that the refund was done on 29 sept 2016 and today is oct 11 2016. The refund has not been reflected in my bank account yet.

            This company is big fraud. They deliver different product n not the one which was ordered from their app/ website. I have ordered grey jeans but they delivered blus jeans. I have requested refund.

            I made different order again for grey jeans and again they delivered blue jeans, same i returned.

            Pathetuc company with the pathetic service

              I had, ordered a bath tub for my baby on 16th of september'16. For the transaction, I had used my cash back amount of INR 1500, which I had earned from my last purchase.

              But the product was not delivered even after about 15 days. And when we track the status now, it shows order cancelled. This is highly frustrating. I was waiting patiently for my product to be delivered and had never cancelled the order. How can Baby Oye cancel my order without even informing me.

              Moreover, my amount of INR 1500 has not yet been credited back to my account.

              I tried calling their customer care number several times. But either the call never connects or no one picks up. I emailed but no one responds.

              I want to lodge a formal comaint against this fraud company. So that they can stop frustrating customers and cheating them, robbing them of money as well as their peace of mind .

                Babyoye are cheaters, they claim to refund the money but never refund. Their customer care is not reachable even after holding the line for 20 mins. I believe they don't even have that much customer base. They do not reply to mails as well and plainly refuse that they haven't received any mail.
                I have requested return of products due to size issue, they picked up the products but never refunded the amount.
                Now they are not reachable on phone or mail.
                I have spent over 200rs just to reach their customer care but no one picks up the call.
                I would never use this pathetic site again for any shopping and suggest others to aware of these cheaters.

                  I had booked an order by965853 on 18 the august and got it delivered.
                  However i found the quality of the product not up to the mark and raised for a return, the person had come and taken away the return and my new order is approved on aug 25 th order number by972247, but still the order is not yet delivered.

                  After nearly 5-6 mails i got a reply from babyoye telling that product isn't available, but when i check the online shopping the product is available and is not out of stock.

                  I have send multiple mails but the team isnt replying nor my purchase has been delivered

                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                      On my order BY953380 i got a cashback of 238Rs. On 30th August i ordered
                      Ollington St. Collection Kids Purse & Ollington St. Collection Kaleidoscope which cost me 548Rs. I used 238 cashback & paid 310Rs from my credit card.Amount has been deducted but i didnt get confirmation of order then i called up customer care . representative told me either i get a confirmation mail or they will reward back my cashback as well as cash i paid.But upto now nothing happened.

                      They are not responding to mail and whenever i called up customercare every time representative says wait for 24 hrs but now it is 4 days and no response from their side.

                        Last evening I have purchased a baby pack and play (Happy Dino) from babyoye store (GIP Mall, Noida) and to my surprise when I tried to install it I found so many issues in the cot.

                        1. Damping smell from the whole cot difficult to keep child in it.

                        2. Baby changing station tich button is missing

                        3. Baby musical toy is not working

                        4. Cot nets are dirty as its been used earlier

                        A brand like babyoye is selling things without checking and that too the product which are to used by a small and delicate babies. I feel like that I been given a defective or used cot which I will never accept for my child.

                        I need a immediate action on this as have paid the full amount so why will I take a defective/ used piece.

                          Babyoye cheats customers - attracts with offers and never minds about shipping. If you call them finally they will say there is no stock. Seems like many customers are facing the problem. Even their customer care says that their website has flaws and the actually dont have stock. Never informs you about unavailability. You have to call them to find about order status. Till then they enjoys your order amount.

                            I had ordered 3 products from babyoye on 19 Aug'2016. Out of which I got only two today i.e. 25 Aug'16 & that too both the products have stains on them firstly & the shoes for the baby are not of the color which I had ordered from the site.

                            The third product should have also come up with this packet but its not there.

                            The products are in such bad condition that they cant be called as new.

                            I want my money back.

                                I have purchased clothes from babyoye but even after several mails they aranged for pick - up, after that i continously mailed them abt the refund of my money as there was no reply from their side.. Finally i got a mail on 10/8/2016 abt the process of refund will be done in next 3-4 days, but still i have not received my money in my bank account.. Even today i tried to call them but no one receives the phone & not a single reply from their side... Is this the business of fooling people who trust you?/

                                  Please shut down your business/website, if you are unable to run the business. Its all most 14 days is over, now you are saying that product is out of stock after 10 min long waiting call,. That to i only called to customer care to know the status.

                                  You should update the status, if you have any problem to deliver the product, its shame on you that you should not deliver a product after raising a purchase request.

                                  How can you say that its out of stock now? Can you place any item if the stock is not available?

                                  Simply she is saying that we are cancelling your request as the product is out of stock and my amount will be credited back to my account after 14 working days.

                                  Why should i wait for 14 working days for my refund, it's your fault? Please send me the refund in 1 working day.

                                  Are you thinking that we are not having any work, and need to do follow up with the orders which we have placed in the website.

                                  Worst service.. If you are unable to do the business properly please close the website, instead of bugging the customers.

                                  Please send my refund asap,, as its your fault, if not i will go to consumer court on the same.

                                    On july 30, 2016 i have made payment of rs.500 through netbanking via pay u money. However the amount has been deducted from my account but the item still appears in cart and the order was not placed. The website crashed while directing back from banking page to the website and the error appeared.

                                    Please provide refund for the same.

                                    I have tried contacting its customer care via email so response had been received so far. And the customer care number is always busy

                                      I had placed an order on 3/7/2016, for a maternity legging - black (medium) and paid it from my paytm wallet. the last date to deliver this product to me was shown 14/7/2016 at the time of ordering, however, its 7/23 and i still have not received my order.
                                      I called on their number[protected], 2-3 times and waited for almost 10-12 mins each time but it remained on hold for the entire time.
                                      I have sent an email to babyoye customer care as well, but no response received.

                                        I have bought many times at baby oye for my kid and never faced such issue before. my order no. is by918592 and quality of the clothes is bad. i am not asking to refund back money instead atleast provide me a credit note so that i can purchase something really worth my money. i am trying to reach your customer care executives since ages and no one answers my call finally after several attempts i wrote couple of e-mails too for which i got no response at all. please revert to me asap on this. i hope you wont make me regret for shopping at babyoye.
