[Resolved]  Babyoye.com — Shipped to wrong address, pathetic customer care service

I have mailed and contacted babyoye customer care many times to inform about the shipping address mistake. When called them and told track item in your website shows " Item is in transit to calcutta" where as it should be delivered to Bangalore, then the customer care representative told me that "No sir, you are wrong, you have wrong information, I am checking here Item is in Bangalore and it will be delivered tomorrow. Today when I called to ask why the item has not been delivered, customer care guy is telling "sorry sir the item is by mistake shipped to Calcutta" .. Now the guy is saying 24-48 hrs for him to get an update and then he will let me know it seems. this post is to let all of you know that never purchase anything from babyoye.com, you never know they might send ship your items to somwhere else or you may never get your item.
