Hi, I also got a call from One of the person named Sumit Sehgal claiming that I won some lucky draw in Bag It Today and won 4, 50, 000 and I need to pay 35, 000 first to Reliance Life Insurance. What is this going on. This is either Bag It Today's fault or Mohd RAFIQ Reliance Life Insurance. We need to bring them down. Can we file FIR against both of them or can we file case against the person who called me and provided the details?How can so many frauds are happening without involving them. They are asking to deposit to "Reliance Life Insurance".One thing, we can do is not to pay them but this is not a solution. I can be saved but how about all. They will try on everyone and someone will surely be trapped. i have book my lotto combo through bag it today online shopping.i received my order no34008266 on 18 sep 14.when i open the parcel i found that the wrist watch is defective and the sports shoes was different as shown on tv.Fuether it is requested that my wrist watch and shoes required to be replaced (with shoes size UK-8).

I subscribed for INDIA TODAY for 1 year.While enrolling they promised me to send me ADIDAS TRAVEL BAG as a free gift within 10 weeks.I enrolled on 14/04/2014.My Sub.No.ITE455095.Even after complaining with their portal WE CARE, I just received a verbal assurance via phone.I wonder whether this is a false promise just to attract more subscribers.Who hears the lame voice like me against powerful media house like Living Media? dear sir'i'm very sorry to inform you that i've subscribed for india today hindi via sub. no-ITH-BR-1945325 and money today via sub. no MTD-1945481 in the month of january 2014, but for india today hindi i've received only 4 issues i.e. 8 jan, 29 jan, 5 feb and 19 march whereas for money today i've not received even a single copy.it seems that i've commoitted some crime by subscribing to your publishing house.this type of fraud is not good for a reputed magazine house like you.previously also i've complained so many times about it via complaint no ITH-BR-3461139 and MTD-3461143, some ref numbers i've lost it.now you are requested to return my subscription amount as soon as possible otherwise i'll go to higher authorities.

This organization and their customer service team are just the most unprofessional staff to deal with. I have repeatedly faced issues with receiving my magazines on time. Finally, I gave up all hope of this being sorted out and asked them to cancel my subscription and refund the amount. It has been several months and despite multiple follow-ups, including assurances by their customer representatives that the cheque will be dispatched in a week's time, there is no resolution. The worst is the absence of any responsibility on the team's part or any willingness to help the customer.

I ordered 1 pair of shoes worth rs of 499 from Bagittoday.com, first thing i got product very late and second they send me wrong product which was different from what I ordered. I requested to return they told me to courier the product back to the mention address on my own expense what they will refund me. i did the same (see courier slip and order invoice in attachments) which cost was Rs.465. they promised me to reimburse my money within 7 days but still i did not get either my product or courier charges. I contact them but they are giving preposterous answers. every time they said we will send your check next 7 days but almost 3 weeks over. i did not receive anything. They have my money more than a month and not returning it back. whenever I try to contact them they said your complain under review we are preparing cheque. 3 weeks are over but they did not able to make my cheque while they promised to dispatch it within 7 days. I want compensation for this fraud, which will be suitable by honorable forum.

Dear Costumer's, I have ordered an combo shoe in bag it today for my brother's birthday presentation order no. is 33950138. I have done my first transaction with trust since bagittoday is india today group. They have shipped my goods on 13th Aug as per the email through Aramex [protected], after waiting for 7 days and tracking my order the product is still in Indranagar Bangalore. Later i have called Bagittoday for the status since i have placed the order and made the payment to them. They given Aramex number and told me to track with them. When i contacted Aramex on 21st Aug they communicated that the product is still hold with bagittoday and they told me to contact bagittoday only after the tracking says Indranagar Bangalore also. The next day i have called bagittoday they once again said since it is already despached they are not responsible anymore and i has to contact the courier guys only. Both the courier and online shopping are playing me as a football. They feel they can cheat and suck the customer money. Today 28th August i have called the Aramex guys and asked for the status they said the product got lost and i has to contact bagittoday for refund or resending the product.I have contacted bagittoday again this morning they said the complaint has been raised and within 4-5 days i may get a refund or they will send the product again. I am now ready to place a case on bag it today guys because i lost my respect from my brother for not giving the birthday gift. Also both Bag it today and aramex are doing partnership to cheat customers and looting their money by online shopping. Can anyone please help me in this regards and get compensation from these guys. Dear Sir I have booked a yatra package through bag it today My order no. is 33504519 for the same I payed the required amount of Rs.499 for confirmation of voucher, as this package was for twice so in August after making booking from Yatra.com I asked Bag it today for my second package so that I can pay the required amount of Rs.499, but when I made a call I got the information that my order has been expired as I have to pay the amount within 90 days, I told them you didnt send me any link for the same then they informed me that link was send on 9th january 2014 & I checked the same then I found no link for above said order I received from bag it today & I told them for the same, then they send me another mail for their confirmation that they have send a link on the said date & when I checked the same I found order no. was different against My order no.I was asking for order no. 33504519 & they were asking for payment of order no. 33551906, tell me when I was not known that this is my order no. then how can I make any payment to anyone & if they were changing the order no. then why didnt they informed me for the same so that I can make a payment for the same with this new order no. when I have already paid amount for yatra voucher then Rs. 499 was not a big amount for me to pay, Now I want to know why your team doing such type of stupid things, they have option to make a call as before placing the order lots of call from your office are always there for us & after taking the payment your team behaviour is totally different. The original product (shoes )were not of the size so returned to the company. the points got credited in account. Later New shoes product was ordered of higher value where I was supposed to pay the balance after adjusting the already credit of the points of the returned shoes. The Courier boy has not delivered the product as he was asking for the total payment and not the balance payment as He was not told for the same. Sir/ Madam, I bought two holiday packages from Bag it Today in the month of Jan 12. Details are: (a) order no: 527577 dated 28 Jan 12, booking id: [protected] (b) order no: 527574 dated 28 Jan 12, booking id: [protected] Total money paid is Rs 12466/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Six only) {paid to bag it Today Rs 11996/- and Book My Holiday Rs 470/- through DD}. I visited Haridwar on vacation from 01- 05 May 12 and stayed on my own expense in spite of having sent all required forms and request for booking of accommodation alongwith DD to book my holiday (bmh) well in advance. Numerous calls were made to customer care of BMH and Bag it today but all futile. No one ever gave booking confirmation. lot of money was wasted in calls too. Humongous infructuous correspondence have been made on the subject and it is reiterated that i do not intend to avail the services of "Book My Holidays" after the pathetic response from them in May 2012. The company has grossly failed to honour the laid down regulations of their own and caused only waste of time and money of the undersigned. It is requested that case be taken up with concerned departments of Bag it Today and Book My Holiday for cancellation of both orders while refunding complete amount to the undersigned at the earliest. Further, in an attempt to retrieve money from BIT services of Akosha were taken paying them additional Rs. 1000/-. This attempt too was a failure. Akosha failed to get refund from BIT. Now, adding to frustration, amount has further increased to Rs. 13, 466/-. I am a defence officer and do not have luxury of time to pursue this case myself, except for writing letters. Can anybody, in our free independent sovereign country, governed by the world's largest constitution, bring justice and penalise fraud company like BIT. I am fighting enemies of the country to keep alive essence of India. Is there a body who can fight evil inside country????

They suggested me submitted my all identity prove documents to Reliance Life Insurance Co.ltd, Jaipur, Rajsthan, I had sent my all documents with a security money cheque Rs.30, 500.00 and i have received the policy also. So, I request you to kindly confirm me about the above fact in briefly by return mail.

Yet i have not received my product on date 9 august 24. I have purchased my product jewellary of neckless from your online website bagittoday.com through state bank of india net banking on date 22 july and my order no is 33920130 and amount is 871 rs, plz refund my amount because you have not contact me regarding my product delivery and nor return of payment so refund, so my request plz not purchase any prodct from bag it today

Sir, This is kishore Saladi, I made payment Rs.780 as yearly subscription on March 17th 2014 through ICICI credit card by on-line. In my credit card statement I got the transaction name as Living Media India Ltd for Rs.780.(For Adidas free bag offer) As of know I didn't get weekly magazines (India today-telugu). For your information Here I attached those payment details. Later India today people mailed me there is no free offer. Without free offer I didn't accept to take this subscription and I asked them to give refund. They told me with in 07 days I will get my refund. Later they told me 10-12 working days. Like that they are prolonging this issue up to as of this date. As of know I didn't get this refund. How many days I need to wait to get this refund. I have received a badly damaged kid’s piano from Bagittoday a few days back (Order no: 33902769 dtd 12.07.14 & invoice number SI717458 dtd 16.07.14). Not only the cabinet is damaged most of the keys were also displaced and pressed into the main cabinet. No bubble bag or other soft padding was provided over the cardboard box and inappropriate transport packaging has caused such extensive damage for sure. I have already lodged a complaint over phone (no: 1591508) and spoken to Mr. Rajiv & Mr. Ashish. I have also sent photographs in support of the above. However, as informed by them they do not have any reverse pick-up services at our locality and I have to send the material at my own cost. If they are satisfied, I will get replacement and will reimburse of courier charge upto Rs 150/-. However, I have seen numerous complaints of non-refund of money in website about Bag-it-toady. Please suggest how can I get the refund as there is every possibility that damaged goods will be sent once again if I request them for replacement.

I was order shoes on online shopping site (Bagittoday). My order no. 33908604 dated on 16/07/2014. Till today I don't receive my ordered item. I was called many times to Bagittoday. They didn't give proper response.
I lost so much time and mental pressure about this fraud.
Could you please look into this and take necessary steps to refund my money back.
