Same as other complaints: 2 months ago I ordered a few books, all of which stated they were available to be shipped within 2-4 days. A month later, when they still showed as "In Progress" I attempted to contact them in order to understand what was happening. They had a tab for live chat, but it is not functional. There is no phone number or direct email. The only means of contact (short of flying to LA or Delhi) is a contact form through the website. I have, over the last month, used this form at least 6 or 7 times with no response. I am currently disputing the charges to get my money back. Was this information helpful? |
