I wish to file a consumer complaint against Bagchee Books regarding **Order #ORD[protected]** for misleading pricing and false advertising.

I ordered a book from Bagchee on July 27 - the book didn't arrive - and I then found it was never in stock. Despite Bagchee saying they have an 'easy return policy their website gives no links to this or any information on how to get refund - in this case I don't want a return as the book never shipped! Same as other complaints: 2 months ago I ordered a few books, all of which stated they were available to be shipped within 2-4 days. A month later, when they still showed as "In Progress" I attempted to contact them in order to understand what was happening. They had a tab for live chat, but it is not functional. There is no phone number or direct email. The only means of contact (short of flying to LA or Delhi) is a contact form through the website. I have, over the last month, used this form at least 6 or 7 times with no response. I am currently disputing the charges to get my money back.

I ordered a book on February 15th of this year. After a month of non-delivery I contacted Bagchee customer service and they promised it will be delivered within 4-7 days. It's June 16th today and I still have not received the book. I followed up earlier in March by email but did not hear back. I must say I am rather disappointed with trheir service.
