Same as other complaints: 2 months ago I ordered a few books, all of which stated they were available to be shipped within 2-4 days. A month later, when they still showed as "In Progress" I attempted to contact them in order to understand what was happening. They had a tab for live chat, but it is not functional. I ordered a book on February 15th of this year. After a month of non-delivery I contacted Bagchee customer service and they promised it will be delivered within 4-7 days. It's June 16th today and I still have not received the book. I followed up earlier in March by email but did not hear back. I must say I am rather disappointed with trheir service.
