I ordered a book on February 15th of this year. After a month of non-delivery I contacted Bagchee customer service and they promised it will be delivered within 4-7 days. It's June 16th today and I still have not received the book. I followed up earlier in March by email but did not hear back. I must say I am rather disappointed with trheir service.
They also have a Live Chat/Help section that does not work.
