I am taking his auto Chirag Delhi to C LAL Chowk Okhla phase 2. I am regular up & down from here & there so i know the meter fare Rs 62 or 63. But, When i reached there toady his meter shows Rs 78.75.he charge me Rs 80. When I asked him your meter is fast he told me call the 100 no police & misbehave with me on the road. Please this is my humble humble request please check this because he charge extra amount from the customers & misbehaved also.

    Hi there,

    I am a old customer & getting my car serviced from Bagga link Patparganj at regular intervals in last 6 years.

    I have observed a weird coincidence that my clutch starts giving issue after the service & this is happening from last 3 services. Every time I had to get the clutch pad replaced ( cost approximately 10k each time) as car starts giving problem after 15-20 days of service.

    I will now never give my car to Bagga link for service & also highlight this at various social media platforms so the people are saved from this kind of issue / fraud.

    It seems your service advisor is involved some how in this fraud of extracting money from customers ( for clutch service) as it is the same person who is handling my car from last 3 service . This was never happened in past hence I have a doubt on advisors integrity.

    Please take some action to save your image.

      I have purchased new bike in month of June 2020. There are no. Of issues occurring since that time. I many times visited Bajaj service centre but they always repair it and or change the part. This is My new bike and I am continuously visiting Bajaj service centre to get my bike repaired and still issue persisting in bike engine and they are saying now to come again to service centre. I am fully exhausted and tired whether it’s really a new bike or they given a faulty unit to me. I am done with repairing now, and now I want Bajaj to refund me money back or replace whole bike with new one. I need your support here. Please help.

      Pathetic support by Bajaj. Even his level 3 Gaurav Bagga not replies to customer email. His GM mail us on his behalf who has no skills how to talk to customers. I need you to please escalate highly to Bajaj most higher level.

            Sir i got serviced of my maruti swift dezire from your patparganj workshop. As i have spoken to the service manager i told him please check all the vehicle and do the repair wherever needed. There was little noise coming from the silencer. I asked about it and he told me there was a problem in the catalyst converter, your silencer will be changed and you have to pay around rs15000 for it. I told ok i will get it repaired after wards. The nextday i called to your store manager and asked about the prices. He told the it comes in three parts and you have pay only for whatever part you needed. I don't understand why he has not changed whichever part needed and also he was so rushed to complete his work that he don't want to listen to the customer and moulds the work according to himself.
            Sorry to say that but we give our car to your work shop because we believe that the work will done satisfactory, when this thing occurs we have to think about it.

              I got my swift serviced at your patparganj service station. Supervisor arrived well on given time. He was not at all polite to me and was also not wearing proper dress. Service and cleaning provided was pathetic including clean ness of interiors and exteriors. Rubbing polish was useless (I paid extra for it). I had asked the supervisor mr surender singh bisht to carry credit / debit card machine, which was brought on request, but it was not at all working. Which led to much harassment to my wife who was at home at the time of delivery of car, as i had to arrange for cash. I would like to request the customer service provider to take my car back again for rubbing and retouching at the earliest. I can be contacted on [protected]

                I have given my bajaj discover 125 st, registered no. - dl9sac5791, for repairing under insurance on 22/08/2019 in bagga link service centre in mahipalpur and informed them to proceed as soon as possible. I got the surveyor on 24/08/2019 and passed the bike parts which need to be replaced. I had already discussed to the staff to return my bike on time and they promised me to return in one week time. After this there is no follow ups for the whole week and everytime when i call them they have the same words to take it tomorrow. It is almost a month and i have not received any call from them, at last i went to the centre to see how much work is done and they were still working on my bike. Everytime i call them, they make false promises to return and later they have them same reply. I always keep there labour charges too high for every work done by them separately and still they harassed their customer. I had the similar experience previously when bajaj people suggest to service my bike in karal bagh centre and later promised to provide good service in mahipalpur centre. The behaviour of the manager is not too friendly and they keep misguiding their customers. Please see to my complaint.

                  Sir/madam,

                  I have purchased a maruti car swift (Dl3ccj0920) from bagga link patparganj in may 2019 and i was provided a comprehensive insurance policy with the car from apr 19 to apr 20 period (Worth rs. 12, 000) and accordingly price of the car was charged to me. I have submitted the rc for transfer and got to know that car insurance which was provided to me is a cancelled policy (Which got cancelled by previous owner) and may be taken back the premium from insurance company (Iffco tokyo).

                  Now since last 5 days i am trying to contact the truevalue people to get the insurance done for my car but they are giving the same answer that the previous owner daughter is working in the insurance company and she is getting the insurance issue resolved) but that is for sure that nothing is going to happen here as they must have taken back the money from insurance company by some way.

                  I need your help to take necessary action against the true value people to get the needful done immediately as i have paid my hard earned money to them and they are bound to provide me the service which i have purchased. I also need to claim for negligence shown by them for reasonable amount as i am carrying the un-insured car since last 2 months and that is a big risk for me.

                    I asked the workshop to get the bike collected yesterday at 12 and they collected it at 03.00 pm..
                    Now I called them to check the status and theh are saying that they don't have a switch and they havent even ordered it yesterday.. they will order it now .
                    I am loosing business because of this and its not even an old bike, its a new bike..
                    Who will pay fr the business that i am loosing...

                      Dear sir,

                      My name is virendra kumar yadav owner of vehicle no : dl6sau6747 "avenger 150" i am writing this mail as a complaint against service center “bajaj bagga link” karol bagh, new

                      Delhi-110001, where i have given my bike for service with general complaint related to brake and tail light with kilometer running 5886 only.

                      Today after receiving message “services completed” i visited there to receive my bike, 1st i cleared my bill of rs 1846 only and ask them to handover the bike with gate pass.

                      I was wonder to see my bike condition when it was handed over “ odometer broken” “petrol tank in reserved mode” “mobiloil not changed” i was very disappointed, i just contacted to manager (Pranab) and reported all issue.. He said to me that “odometer” was already broken rest he will check in job card.

                      When job card was presented there i was surprized to see the editing in job card with mentioning “odometer broken” when i submitted my bike “odometer was good in condition (Not broken) how it can broken!! I asked them.

                      Pranab (Manager) of branch started to argument and about to fight, i surrender my self and left my bike in service center and ask them to repair “odometer” change mobiloil & fill my petrol tank again.

                      I am attaching edited job card done by service center and bill copy of what i have paid.

                      I would request you take appropriate action on these guy to make fool to customer and doing nothing in their job area. I left my bike there and will collect until and unless they do not provide new “ odometer”, “fill my pertrol tank” again & do change mobiloil again.

E. 20th aug, 2018 and i was charged 1050 rs for my third service of my bike platina and the operator said me for bill of my service to be mailed later, but today i received a msg that the charge of my service was 647 rs. This is a matter of curruption. Please solve my problem. Thanks.

                          It's only two years that i have purchased my bike. All the services were done by authorized bajaj service centers. From the last 6 months, my bike is having some noise from it's engine and chain part. I complained when i had my service, but they just throw some oil in the chain set and over the engine and told me it won't make any noise anymore. The same happened twice in 6 months, when i visit to service my bike.
                          And 3 days ago, i again visited the same service center, and the center manager was telling you will get the same noise even if you drive the new bike or even if you drive a bicycle.
                          This was happened with me at bagga bajaj service center, wazirpur industrial area near azadpur, delhi.
                          Please help me get rid of this noise before my bike's engine actually blasts.

                            I renewed my car insurance, no. Dl1cs2730, on 24.08.2018. I got the insurance policy document after teo days.. However, while claiming policy, the status of payment made is still awaited.. My car is still at service centre due to the delay and negligence caused by bagga link. Its been 16 days, the issue has not been resolved. If the issue is not resolved immediately, i will file case against bagga link in consumer court.

                              Dl1cs 2730 insurance reniew amount transferred to bagga link account on 24.07.2018. Even after 10 days i. E. 03.08.2018 policy not confirmed due to delay in payment to insurance company. Our car met with an accident and we are facing difficulties now. Such delay is intolerable. You should have informed us that it will take time, we could have found an alternative and quick option.

                                It is regret to inform that university grants commission is a statutory body and have staff cars which are maruti suzuki brand. These staff cars are being sent to your service station at bagga link motors. One of staff car bearing no. Dl1ct-2176 (Ciaz) was sent in the month of august, 2017 for services and with some complaints. The major complaint was of noise in the front - right side portion which was not attended due to one or other reasons better known to your technical department. Further, a purchase order to provide four tyres was given and the staff car was sent on 23.10.2017 and this work was not completed including the pending complaint upto 24.10.2017. On inquiring from the service station, it was told that it may take another couple of days.

                                In view of above, it may be seen the irresponsible way of attending the work and further delay in attending the jobs at link road service station. It is added that this staff car is deputed with the chairman's office for which the works suffered and the staff faced embarrassment from the higher officer.
                                The office has also taken a serious view on the above matter and constrained to discontinue the repair and service matters from bagga link motors in future, if the quality and the commitment is not fulfilled by your firm in future.

                                  I have been calling up the vasant kunj service center for last 5 days for my car pick up for teh body shop work and insurance claim process since i ma flying to chennai tomorrrow morning.

                                  But to my surprise despite my confirmation, the car was not picked up. This has caused me extreme inconvenience since iw as travelling outside tomorrow and wanted my car to be done in these 4-5 day. Extremely poor coordination and i have recently finished my second servicing at your vasant kunj station and despite a free service my bill came up to inr 3122

                                  I have to really think now where to go but this is a case of really poor service and should be taken into consideration. I never expected this from a reputed player like bagga

                                    Day before yesterday i bought my car for the first service to bagga link (Vasant kunj) service center around 15:30-15:45 and where your service executive asked me to take the car back by tomorrow because it gonna take a while to get the car ready so better you can take the car by tomorrow. I said no problem i will come by 15:00 to take the car after my office. So yesterday around 15:45 i called the service center to confirm that weather my car is ready or not but a lady took the call @ reception and said she do not have any idea about my car and again i asked her to cross check the car status which is dl14cd2378 then she said she is going to arrange a call back with exact status of my car but no body called me after 15 minutes i had to call again to the service center and again she again kept my call on hold for around 10 minutes an cut the phone without any intimation an when i reached to your service center @ 16:30 and asked her about the car status again she talked very rudely and in very manner - less way and then i asked her to call the upper management she said go an meet by your own. I had to call the costumer care then after my complaint a lady came out from the service center and made me comfortable with very polite way and asked me about the whole incident but the receptionist again misbehaving me in front of her also and said if you are this much busy so do not bring your car again here. Overall the whole feedback is very bad and suggestion is do not keep unqualified an manner less staff who is ready to insult the costumers no one can feel comfortable in such kind of ambiance poor costumer service not going to get my car again to his place such a poor experience.

                                      I have renewed my policy no.[protected] from 29/05/2017 to 28/05/2018 on 26/05/2017 through made a payment by cheque of sbi bank detailed attached,
                                      Therefore bagga link official not remit the policy amount to national insurance company ltd. Till now.

                                      Meanwhile i give my vehicle to service as well as body shop work at your authorized dealer on 04/06/2017, on that fast track official told me you policy premium amount had not been remitted to the “national insurance company ltd” and i spoke to the bagga link insurance department they (A lady ms rinki) assured me that amount has been remit to nic ltd.

                                      In between i have talked to "bagga link insurance department (A lady ms. Rinki) on 6/06/2016, 08/06/2016 no resulted.

                                      Today 10.06.2016 i have try to talked to the respective official but they did not replied me satisfactory.

                                      Fast trak official give me a print i. E. Payment not done till now.

                                      Your authorized dealer bagga link insurance department not support me at all.

                                        I would like to share my worst ever experience dealing with Bagga Link Motors, which after that I would not suggest anyone to buy car from them :
                                        Firstly, When I Bought Car from Bagga Link Motor (136- Bhisham Pitaamah Roadmopp. Defence Colony Kotla Mubarak pur, New delhi) in September’16 there was an exchange offer going against old car of 20k as I was not taking that car on my name and was taking it on finance on my Company’s name they told me I can’t avail the offer because of the above stated reasons to which I agreed.
                                        Post that they have agreed on the value of 70K for my Old car, to which their insurance person agreed to pay 66k and rest 4K I was promised by him that I would be getting it from Bagga Link Motors. Then they gave me Final quotation of Rs. 4, 37, 392/- . meanwhile they have asked me to give a certain amount to book the car with them to which I paid 2000/- to them and booked the car., and also asked Bagga Link Motors that I would be deducting the amount which I have paid while booking from the final quotation and will give the Pending amount cheque which should be 4, 35, 392/- to which they replied that they will return that money back to me and I should give the Cheque as per the agreed quotation. I asked my company to pay them amount 4, 37, 392/- which was agreed and as per the final quotation through cheque, but when I got the final bill from the Bagga Link Motors there was a variance in the amount that I have paid them against the Invoice of amount Rs.4, 27, 848/-.
                                        Then I got a return of amount 11, 438/- from BAGGA LINK MOTORS through cheque which includes my old car balance amount which I was supposed to get from them and my deposit amount which I paid them for booking(4, 000+2, 000) . and according to my calculations they paid me extra amount of Rs. 5438/- extra. They spoke to my Company accounts department and they said we have given an extra amount of 7438/- and I shall pay that to my company to match the bills and quotations but here again I have paid 2, 000/- extra from my pocket.
                                        Its Been 6-7 months I am trying to follow up for all these things which they still haven’t clarified and few days back their executives came and told me there was a further discount of Rs.4000/- on the car when I bought. To which I was shocked to notice that cleverness of the company in order to earn 6000/- extra the amount of 4000/- they were supposed to return me against my old car from there side. but rather then giving me the extra discount which I supposed to get they have adjusted that amount in the insurance amount and paid me back in order to make that 70, 000/-. But they didn’t gave me discount, so according to my calculations here also I have paid 4, 000/- extra which I should get back.
                                        The Service of the Company is so Pathetic that from lower management to higher management, everyone I guess is involved in these goo[censored]ps and that’s why they are and not even bothered to answer the calls and listen to queries of the customers .I think it’s not a customer service oriented company, rather they are making me feel as if I am employee working with them by giving me replies that they are in meeting/ out of station.
                                        ALSO Their SERVICE CENETR also is a big issue- when I first gave car for servicing they in return broke my stereo power button and they took 1 month to repair the same. My CAR TIRE got damaged within 3 months of purchase and when I told them the same they replied that I must have drove car wrong, ( I don’t think I was driving on the hills staying in delhi with my car just drove 2000 KM according to the meter rating in car. I still have problem with the other tire of the car and I am telling them since long but as usual they are not listening, and I believe my car and its parts are still under warranty as per my knowledge.

                                        Change of OE spares of my bike having regd. no. DL6SAV6815 from GT R/D Bagga Link Service Station Delhi after that I m facing so many problems like starting of the bike, Front shockers not properly working etc. Plz take the strict and immediate action in this regard. So that I can run my bike easily.
                                        Plz inform us as soon as possible.
