Address:Tansi honda service, Marathahalli

No issue resolved. Bad service. Better to give bike to locals. They just ask to change this and that on call if you refuse they make the things even worst. They make my bill of 5.5k and then do some part damage after 2-3 days my bike didn't start only when again I ask them why this happening, my bike used to start and run well. They said we need to replace another part which cost 3.5k. I only gave my bike for regular full service after that, all these things happen. Not sure what to tell these people why they are cheating.

      My first honda.. Heard of the reliability of honda alot and finally took Activa 5G, but got highly disappointed. Scotter handle vibrates like hell, by hell i mean its not controllable at turn and at initial pickup. I thought only my Scotter may have this problem, but after drving 100 km complain to service center but problem is still same and servicing guy says we have vibration problem in Activa 5g. My personal suggestion buy some other scooter.
      Till now meter reading is less than 200 km but still facing issue.

        Hi there,

        I bought honda active bike from tansi honda, marthahalliu area, bangalore. All free services offered were wasted by service center people as the bike service was never proper. Everytime, i had to give my bike for 2nd time service as 1st service was always terrible and customer receiving was also horrible.

        Please take an action on the service team and repair my bike properly one last time.

But, for us to respond to this complaint clearly, we need a proper copy of the Invoice as we are not able to see the Invoice very clearly in this mail. We would be more than happy to resolve this complaint at the earliest. We would be happy if you could do the needful and send us a clear picture of the part and the invoice.             Hi,

            This is HANUMANTHA R, from whitefield bangalore.
            I reacently brought a Pedal gear change from
            Tansi motor pvt ltd,
            #814/708, Varthur main road, Ramagondanahalli, Whitefield

            He sold the above said product more than MRP,
            The MRP was 196 but he sold me to 216 Rs.

            Please take necessary action against these shop.

            I gave my vehicle for first free service. For services, I was charged 500 rs and got no change in my vehicle except washing ( that too not proper washing and polishing), dirty oil and grease was all over the bike.I was given my bike without tool kit and first aid kit and no petrol at all which were present at the time for submission of service.
