Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased a new V 15 Bike in your Budh vihar Bagga Link branch. I have paid all bike payment and including other Helmet charge 640/-Rs. But this helmet is loose on my head. I was complaint in your branch but reply me that i can not change helmet and not replace other small size.
If this helmet can not replace please my helmet payment return me.
If not possible I can legal help.

I took insurance for my car and instead of repairing things they messed my car and I can see the patches as well as I can see my mirrors are dirty cuz they put something on that, it Is impossible to put it out bust wait I have all the documents ready m gonna put u guys in the court then u will understand the money value

      It is not a good place to purchase anything. Pls dont purchase anything from here.they are fake. As there commitment is very week.we were purchasing a swift dlx car and they have committed that it will cost 530000. We said ohk.. and we booked the car. But after booking the car they said that we have booked car in 533000. They were lyng. When we said them that we will complaint against you.they come on that day and return the cheque to my mother when i was not at home. This is very disgusting. Bagga link is totally fake.

        i have a dent in my car bonnet as wee as a back bumper so i too this on insurance after 5 days they give me my car and there is till a dent in back bumper and the bonnet colour i fading i mean what the hell is going on i have already book a dzire i am gonna cancel my booking and this happend in Bagga Link Patparganj guys dont go there, there staff sucks...

        Myself Sanjay Kedia working as a Scientist in the Inter-University Accelerator Centre, Govt of India, New Delhi. I had received a call regarding free car washing from Bagga Motor Link, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. I went to Bagga Motor Link, Vasant Kunj for the same and discussed thoroughly from the car representative Mr. Narayan Kumar. I discussed with him in front of one security guard and one of my friend, He agreed to wash my car in free.
        After two hours, I went to collect my car, he behaved me very harshly and asked me to pay 600 rupees that were not supposed to pay. He cleverly refused for the all type of discussion. He also mentiond that If you can't pay for your own car then I am enough rich to pay for your car. I can donate you 600rupee. That was a very harassment for a grade one officer of central govt of India.

        The same accident happened on 25/08/2016 in the afternoon time and car no is DL5C6523. The invoice nos are BR16005069.
        I want you to take a strong action against the representative and refund my money back as soon as possible. Please be remember I am a regular customer of Bagga motor link. I took my insurance also from Bagga motor link.

          Please refund the amount on super urgent basis within two working days maximum by 16th july 2016.

          After deducting the rs 250 as for cancellation and return the balance amount of rs 10, 750/- only (rs 11000 - rs 250) on urgent basis.

            I would like to inform you that today I came in your showroom Bagga link Moter ( kotla mubarakpur) for check a car. But when I entered in then I see every body busy in their own talks & nobody attend me.

            I was shock to see this bcoz I was not accepting this kind of behavior from your Reception staff..

            After all this thing I ask you something to tow lady who is seat on receptionist chair and I think she name ( Huma Or UMA ) so she told me I don't know anything you can check with another person and she behave with me very rudely .And some nonsance Cheap Type of thinks
            Plz I Requstd u Change your Reception Staff otherwise i will Complaint Mr Rajendra Bagga i know him very well

            After this I suggest to all my knowns never visit in your showroom.

            And send me your Reward in my mail asap...

              Purchased Amaron Battery 42B20L from Bagga Link Motors, Patparganj, Delhi on[protected]. When I complained on[protected] for problem in battery. Battery was checked at the showroom and I was assured by Mr Saxena there that it will be replaced within half an hour. After an hour a person name Mr Chander claiming to be from Amaron came with an old battery and informed me that they are providing a service battery and new battery will be provided within 24 hours. Today I called from a person name Mr. Ahmed from Amaron who informed me that they cant replace my battery. It is very poor kind of working at the time of Bagga Link Motors. Since I purchased battery from them it is there responsibility to get it replaced without interference of any third party about whom I am not even aware of. Before making a formal complaint to Consumer Forum I am writing to you expecting Maruti will take the matter seriously and will do the needfull

                I am an owner of a commercial vehicle, DL1R P6817 (Auto rickshaw), registration number 2621, and for its regular service I visited the service station of Bagga Link Services Ltd in Karol bagh, Faizroad, Delhi, on 15th July 2015, Wednesday, at around 9.30 am. I paid an amount of Rs. 1880 for the seventh service whereas I am entitled to nine free services, as mentioned in the the booklet provided by the vendor. Their staff, including the workers and the supervisors, were reluctant and completely uninterested in entertainment of my complaints regarding the atrocious noise in my auto's engine and tires. Moreover they behaved quite rudely and completely discarded my continuous requests.                     Bagga Link kept pestering me one and=a=hal months before my insurance policy was to expure to renew the same with them. When I ultimately obliged and gave post-dated cheque for the same , one month ahead , the pesky calls didnt stop.The day the policy was to be renewed, these calls stopped and even after that I did not receive the policy. Now the executive who came to take the cheque is not taking my calls and Bagga Link has no answer. What kind of efficiency is it? My money has been withdrawn from the bank.

                      I serviced my Maruti Alto from Bagga Link Motors Ltd. Patparganj on 12th Sep 2010.
                      after getting service for almost all engine parts,which costed me around rs.11800, still i've the same issues with my car like the car's engine is still missing & average has gone down alot to 9-12 kmpl.
                      When i i visited them again for complaint , they just did normal check up & gave back the car to me.
                      So again i visited for complaint all the way from west delhi to their east delhi service station, & this time they told me to buy & replace few more irrelevant parts for my car.
                      So please guide me what should i do now?

                        I have booked Maruti Dezire from BaggaLink Motors. Patparganj Delhi. I booked it on December 2009 and the person Manish and Manoj told that there is waiting for 3 months. After booking manish didn't gave us the receipt for the booking. We personally went to bagga link and collect the receipt. After that we didn't get any kind of information about the status of the delivery. So many times we called them up but nobody respond. One day they called and say that they have a car if we want to buy that we have to visit there. After visiting there we come to know that they have no car in there hand. We got angry and cancelled the booking on 18 of feb. 2010. but we didn't get our cheque back till the day. After every two or three days we call them and got reply that your cheque is ready but not signed. This is the hight of harrasment of the customer. pls. look into the matter. Because of bagga link motors we are not able to buy our car.

                          I gave my bike for service on 14/01/10 at bagga link kirti nagar.I was facing followink problems:-1)Black smoke was coming out.2)engine oil's level was going down.they told me that my bike's cylinder kit & timing chain will be changed.they changed my bi8ke's clutch plates as well.Bagga link is the worst service center i have seen in my life.I have been facing problems with bagga link since i have started getting my bike serviced there.I dont know whether Bajaj auto is aware of all this or not,but this is definately a black spot or threat to bajaj auto's goodwill.

                          MEET SINGH VIRDI, MOB.NO. [protected], From the last one year i get my bike serviced from bagga link kirti nagar but, i am not satisfied from their services from last 5 months i am complainting for '' CLUTCH FORK SPRING '' they dont have the spring and they said that dont worry i does not make any problem, on the last service on 22, 500 kms i have write down the complaint handle create noise in jerks, bumps or while applying brakes . they adjust that handle after that i was really so hard to turn, on the next service on 25, 000 kms the recommend me '' FORK LUBRICATION'' some new parts are also fitted but i am facing the same problem within 300 kms . It does not make any sence to spend so much money on the issues and it will remain same . I had a real bad experience .

                            I have made claim of my pulsar 220 FI on 30 Sep 2009 of Rs 12000 but till date I have not recd my claiming amount. I have personally talk to Mr srivastav and Anwar they suggest me to visit to Insurance co but when i went to New India co arya samaj road the manager Mr S P bhatnagar told me to wait for more four months because we have backlog of six months. I have a complaint regarding that why bagga link had a tie up with New India co when they are taking so much time for paying the amt.

                            there is problem in my bike there is a noisy sound, no buddy listen to me at mahipalpur so please consider my problem as soon as possible
                            I have Pulsar 220-FI.I had given my bike for accidental repair 20 days ago.
                            But till now my bike is not repaired at your service centre, many times i have spoken to Mr.Srivaastav many times for the same but no such customer satisfaction reply rcvd from him always one excuse comes that parts are not available at service centre.
                            And even he cuts the phone while conversation such a kind of behaviour will always increase customers dis-satisfaction, plz provide me a senior manager number of bajaj so that atleast complaint should be entertained as according to me i think that guy don't have sense to listen to customers.
                            Bagga Link is one of the biggest bajaj showroom in delhi how come parts are not available at their end.
                            I m facing a lots of problems due to their such responses as i have only one transport available with me and that is also in your service centre.
                            Kindly help on this matter.
                            I brought a bike avenger 200 cc - DL6SAC8780- on 9oct/2009 afer 500 kmt. bike engine got sound . I went to kirti nager service station for chack my bike thay told me that bike timing chain has got problam so we change it. after 1500 kmt i got same problam again i went to kirti nager service
                            station thay again change timing chain. but after 1800 kmt still problam . i went kirti nagar service
                            station in 1.5year 17 times for same problam now today 17apr2011 that problam still moving.
                            my latest reguest no is cr 71649. please do somthing.
                            I was told some sevice providers many times also for this problam regarding ph.no. is.
                            bijender [protected], Durgash [protected], service manager [protected], but thay can't sort out this problam.
                            ( Every service i was standing in kirti nagar service station 8 to 9 hrs.its)

                              Hello Sir,

                              I am Santosh Thakur, I have two models of mauti one is 800 and another is WagonR, I have purchased 800 in november 2005 and WagonR is on 23 jun 2008. Both cars I have purchased from Bagga Link Patpar Ganj.
                              At first time I was new with all like driving, and handling of car, that time when ever i feel any problem (my car was tilt from driver side, horn was not smoothly operated, gear is slightly tight and have chuck sound) I asked to service inchrge at the time of servicing, they always reply this is normal things it is not to be repaired, but after all free and paid servicing I took it to other service station and spend some money and all problem is rectified. All senior staff are only busy will filling their ISO format and requesting for give them best grade. I also complaint to customer care about that when they calld me after servicing feedback but they didn't call me again.
                              After that due to sales persons behaviour(Mr. Aalok Upadhyay) I again went to Bagga Link to purchase my next car, and today (12 july) I went for first service, situation is worst than before, they are taking cars for servicing more than the capacity. I know the huge pressure of customer but what i[censored] didn't take care of them, all senior staff is busy with their ISO format, Juniors are doing what they found written on thir job card, I went to see where my car was treated due to my privious experience i want to see what they are doing I went there but staff said that I am not allowed to visit there, when I asked that It is not indicate any where then they said what happen if not writen but our GM will take action on staff and also our technical staff will disturb and and ur work will not done properly. after messing with these people I came back to customer longe and sit there for 2hr. when I found not any reply from any staff then i went to front office I saw that the operator was in process to call me, I went there and after payment i asked to security guard that where is my car they, they call a person to bring my car he bring my car from back yard and hand over to me. No body asked for test that vehicle is properly repaired or not what about rectification of complaints. NO proper dusting, some body who may chewing Gutka he split some amount on left side seat.

                              No matter, I don't know this mail will reach to you or not.

                              But I found my car unrepaired, Only I seen that person to change oil and filter, they adjust steering but it is not done properly, gear is still have chuck soung when i realese clutch, I feel some hard sound when my car cross through speed braeker or some broken area of road.

                              It is sure that I am not going again for servicing there, and also If I will able to buy new car again in life I will take other option of dealer.

                              bagga link — Rude Bajaj service personnel

                              Bagga Link, Jhandenwala, New Delhi, today gave me an appointment on the phone for servicing my Bajaj scooter. They did not tell me that they didn't have the parts for servicing, not even ordinary parts such as a clutch cable. The service manager assigned to check me in wasn't exactly nice about it either. I will have to be very hard pressed to go back to that Bajaj service center again.
                              Its true these people are not giving good customer service i gave my swift for service they gave me after 6.50 Hours and they only washed my car.. on my complaint they told me in 2nd service they don't do much

                              My name is Sushil sharma, i hav zen estilo(DL 7CH 1527) and i gav my car 2 Bagga Link on 5/7/10 and the delivery date was on 9/7/10, my car met wid an accident but d work was very minor, i just called them and they told the work has not yet started, n it will take more tym.they dint even informed me bout all this. On the other hand nobody even attend the call n not even reply properly, itzz my 1st and last work at Bagga Link, the service and satisfacory level is very poor, worst the govt office.
                              i reallie want 2 convey my message to the head office of bagga link. i hope som actionz are taken and expecting som action. Attention towards my request will b appricated.

                              My name is Himanshu Singh, i have swift desire(vxi) and i gave my car for first servicing on 7/10/2010 at 11in d morning and i got it back at 5.30 in the eve. I got a phone call from the service centre at 4.00 that my car is ready, and when i went to collect my car I have to wait for an hour and there were no sitting arrangements for the consumers .The whole staff was busy in doing their talks and no one bother of the consumer.When I got the car, it was in the same condition as i gave for servicing.No cleaning was there.The whole base of my car was full of dust.I asked the staff regarding that bt no reply was there from their side.They were busy in doing there own work.

                              According to me BAGGA LINK is one of the worst service centre of east delhi.No one is there to look after your complaints.I would suggest my friends that they would get their car serviced from outside rather than going to such worst service centre.I would like the concerned authority to take strict action against it

                              Even I also felt the same horrible experience when I got the first service done for my Swift. The supervisor who received my car informed me to take even the tool kit also out from the car as there are THIEVES in their service center. What a SHAME, they know that they have ediots in their workshop but they can not do anything about it. When I received my car in evening, I noticed that many things were STOLEN from my car.

                              Don't think anybody in Bagga link is even bothered of such complains.

                              Hope one day, the management may wake up from their sleep and do something for their sincere clients.

                                I have purchased ALTO - Lxi from bagga links True value car dealer, After few days one noise from Gear box started comming, I went to bagga link and told about my car problem but engineer of the car was not ready to except but sum how i proved there is humming sound comming from gear box , They kept my car two days the problem is still existing , please advice what to do and where to complaint against them.
