I have had bad experiences with this centre( Bagha Link Rithala Service Center for Bajaj) from a very long time and thought of escalating the matter at this stage finally. This is in regards to my Bike ( Dominar 400 ABS 2017 ). This centre seems not to have any parts available and lack in expertise with the mechanics they have.
Incident :
I gave my bike on 27th Aug 2022 at arround 11.-12 in the morning. Things which were to get done was servicing, front shockers, rear and front break pads, some headlight issue, oil change, they told me over break callipers, also some lovk word. They asked me to leave my bike aas they will not be able to give it back same day. Infact stated that bike will be ready by monday on my request they agreed on giving it back by sunday. Since morning my bike was unattended and later finally when my bike was loaded they said that one of the parts is not available( shocker seal) i adked them that they should have informed me in the begining only. Instead they said that bike will not be returned nack the same day as they ordered that part earliee and it takes 2 days for the delivery against when i asked them that they should have ordered it even earlier. This is just nonsense that they dont check their inventory before hand. Now they have stated that i can bring it back tomorrow asbthey will get ther other stuffs taken care.
Bajaj pathetic service and i dont think so that in future i will ever get anything done from company. Was this information helpful? |
