We regret to inform you that we have recently purchased a new bike named Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS model 2022. We got the first service and also we paid approx. Rs. 1800/- for oiling and other services in terms of paid services. This is the first time we observed that the above company is charging for free services. Unbelievable. Anyway, now we are facing one of the major issues regarding the bike got break down recently we used on-road services a couple of times but they fixed it temporally, and ultimately after being fed up we handover the bike to Bagga Link, Jhendewalan service center and we understood from Bagga representative that bike battery is not working and it may be got out of order, and also understood from above representative they want the bike to tix some parts, sensor, etc. and last 5 days gone they are still not handover the bike. The quality of Bajaj Pulsar is the poor and low quality of the above bike. In fact, you won't get the best service from their service center. So before buying a Bajaj Bike check all the quality & services or you may go for another option.
