**Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG (DL6SBP2215)– Complaint Against Bagga Link (Karol Bagh Branch)**
**Extremely Poor Service – Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG not repaired even after 3–5 days**
I gave my **Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG bike** for repair at **Bagga Link (Karol Bagh branch)** due to recurring issues (engine shutdown / performance problems).
They kept my vehicle for **3 to 5 days**, but even after that, **the problem was not resolved**.
🔴 **Key Problems:**
* The bike **still shuts down** during use – safety risk.
* Even after multiple reminders & every service, the issue was not fixed.
* No proper diagnosis, no technical explanation, no test ride shared.
* The staff just keeps the vehicle for days and **returns it without resolution**.
* No transparency in the service done, and no proper communication.
This is completely **unacceptable**, especially for a **new CNG bike** launched with so much hype.
If **Bajaj’s authorized service centers like Bagga Link** cannot handle their new models properly, it shows lack of **training and accountability**.
😡 **This is not just inconvenience – it's a serious safety concern.**
**Complaint Request:**
I request **Bajaj Auto Ltd.** to take strict action against Bagga Link Karol Bagh branch and ensure:
* Proper training is given for Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG model.
* Accountability for unresolved service cases.
* Immediate resolution for affected customers.
