Bajaj Allianz — delay in final approval

This is in reference to Claim No : OC[protected]-00013007 for MR. PADMANABH SHENOY, TPA ID/ Claim no :- OC[protected]-00013007, Policy No :[protected], with Bajaj Allianz.

MR. PADMANABH SHENOY was admitted yesterday, Feb 14, 2026, for a right eye cataract surgery, at Bhaktivedanta Hospital, Mira Road.

We have preapproved authorisation of Rs 30000 was approved. Mr. Shenoy came out of surgery at 3:15 pm. We were told claim for final approval was submitted and it would take 2-3 hours. We had to escalate the situation at the hospital till late in the night.
Till date, the final approval has not come in, and we faced lot of frustration and irresponsive behaviour.
The 2 agents from Bajaj Allianz whom called for help yesterday - Sahil ([protected]) and Jenil ([protected]), their cell phone was switched off.

Such a pathetic and horrible experience.

Bajaj Allianz claims to be good on customer experience and claim ratio. Our experience is completely the opposite.

we demand an explanation on why the final approval was delayed. we also demand strict action against the 2 agents, who are not accountable for their service.
