[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — delay in process and no accountability to customer concerns

Hi,

I have submitted claim form with claim id: 1909856 for my son's surgery for adenotonsilectotmy last month which had cost me about 110000 INR.

after consulting Bajaj Allianz before submitting the claim form to understand what documents to be submitted I have send all required documents to process the claim.

After 2 weeks, I receive an email asking me to provide a doctor's certificate with the detail break of the charges took for the surgery which is already provided in the final bill.

the more disturbing thing is none of them have a clear picture as what is required because when I called the customer care I do not get the response properly they simply reply back the email. this is causing a lot of delay in processing and the customer response is pathetic ( Mr. Akash in particular)

I hope this reaches the insurance company and get this addressed as early possible.
