We lodged a complaint on or around 27-jun-2018 and it is nearly 82 days now but the claim is not settled yet. This is with regards to the warranty account registered to the mobile number [protected] (Mr sai babu vankayala). I understand there is some internal disputes between bajaj and sony, but it is not the customer who has to suffer due to those issues. It was not the customer who agreed with your mutual business relation terms and conditions. Customer only agreed to bajaj agreement and you failed to settle the claim because of some external factors as far as concerned to customer.
