Dear Team,
I had bought automatic washing machine from Bosh which offered a warranty period of 2 years.And we got an extended warranty period from Bajaj for 2 more years which makes it 4 years .During this warranty period that is recently the item had some problem with its drum, bush and shock absorber and they said that they will pay for only the drum whereas during the purchase time they claimed that they will pay for all parts.
Already I have been registered claim . Claim no is OC[protected] 00001029

We lodged a complaint on or around 27-jun-2018 and it is nearly 82 days now but the claim is not settled yet. This is with regards to the warranty account registered to the mobile number [protected] (Mr sai babu vankayala).
I understand there is some internal disputes between bajaj and sony, but it is not the customer who has to suffer due to those issues.
It was not the customer who agreed with your mutual business relation terms and conditions. Customer only agreed to bajaj agreement and you failed to settle the claim because of some external factors as far as concerned to customer.
I urge you to understand and look into and settle the claim at the earliest at any cost which you might incur.

I purchased sony led tv from m/s prakash trading co., g16, vardhman complex, gulabi bagh, delhi-110052 on 08/10/2016 through finance from bajaj allianz and also got extended warranty upto 07/10/2020 through them. The led is out-of-order for last one week. I tried to book complaint through cc no.[protected] but could not success. Please send the engineer at the earliest. lg tv not returned even after 40 days.
I had a panel problem in my tv and raised a claim on 25th aug 2017 and tv has been picked up from my home after 3 days. My claim number is oc[protected]-00001657. I haven't recieved till now (5th oct 2017). The agency which took my tv has stopped responding to my calls. I was taking to a person named naresh. He said they accidently dropped the tv after fixing it and it has to be repaired again. This was the status 10 days back. Now he stopped responding.
I never expected this sort of pathetic service from a reputed brand like bajaj allianz. The behavior is highly unprofessional.

My complaint no.is OC[protected] launched on 5th july 2016 but no action has been taken yet that is til l11thjuly.i request them to get it completed by 12 july otherwise i wi ll launch a complaint in the consumer court.

This is inform you that we purchased product with extended warranty from your company. Before 10 days I m complained due to a.c. not working ...but I am very feel bad with your service very delay...your complaint department not pic the call and not work on time. ..going always harsh to Clint..

Cheating case-for extended warranty for tv got life insurance

I took a loan to purchase a sony LED tv in 2014 and also I opted for extended warranty of 24 months Extended Warranty Kit No.-EWE155444, now the tv is showing issues for which I contacted the bajaj allianz agent for which he is telling me that the insurance is not for the extended warranty & is a life insurance, now why would i buy a life insurance when i am purchasing a tv, what do you guys think o[censored]s-.
I have proof that i have opted for extended warranty for the TV and not some insurance for life.
while I am searching for the solution i have encountered many complaints like this and that i am not the 1st victim.So kindly solve this your so called fumble as soon as possible.

Lg led tv screen internal crack produced on its own due to thermal heating and not by physical impact but they reject in extended warranty says its physical damage without any interferance i approach consumer court if they cant do it i want my tv to be covered under extended warranty or else i can approach consumer court
I've complained on 12/09/2018 about repairing of ifb washing machine.But till today it is not repaired by you under warranty.

I bought a Samsung LED FULL HD TV from Venus Electronics Chennai in EMI from Bajaj Finserve with Bajaj Alliance Extented Warranty(Paid extra Rs.2925)
Policy Issued date was 07-OCT-2014.
This Year May 2016 some Black dots appered on the LED Screen. I called Bajaj alliancce customer care on 2nd week of may. After one week on follow up finally the service people came and took my LED Tv on may 17th 2016. They said its Display isuue they will fix it within 5 days and return it.
Today is 23rd june. Its been more one month. No updates where my LED TV is.. and i could not reach them as the contact numbers they shared is not reachable/switched off.. Its been one month am contacting Bajaj alliance customer care and i reaised more than 5 compliants, They say the same anwers "our people will call you shortly and problem will be resolved". As they told people will call and Tell some stupid ansers like Panel is fixed it will be delivered next week.. and next week when i call they say some Chip proble give us 5 more days... so like this its been more than 40 days they are dragging .
The problem is now no one cared to reply because TV is not even touched but Bajaj aliance Service people that i can knew by their stupid replies.
Following are some of the numbers given by customer care people which is Useless..

Laxman Kumar/sebastien - [protected] / [protected] ( Useless zonal manager who pick the call i[censored] call 100 times)
