[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — forcely take resignation without notice period | |||
Dear sir My employee code is 175783 i joined on[protected]. As a bdm in ranchi 2 branch. With in first month bm not approved my attendance regularization and puts a lot of pressure in very first month of joining without giving any induction or product training. But any how i completed my february month. And i submit my resignation on 5th march 2019 with 30 days notice period in hr4u portal. And informed to my bm about my resignation. And i start serving my notice period on 14th march my bm approved my resignation with 10days notice period that means as per my bm my lda is 15th march. Then i submit a complaint in hr catalyst portal regarding my resignation and notice period. Query number is 77358139. Then i got mail from pune ho hr dept ranjan kumar and sweta on 18th march.in that mail they clearly wrote that my resignation date was[protected] and my lda is[protected]. But on the same day my official rmail is deactivated and also my hr4u is deactivated. I marked my attendance last on 18th march. So iam requesting you to kindly ressolve my issue. Bcoz as per my apl 1 month notice period is there and iam ready to serve that 30 days notice period then why my hr4u portals are blocked before 4-4-2019.
