This is Kundum Santosh holding insurance policy – “Sarve Shakti Suraksha” – Policy No: [protected] which got created along with Citibank Salary account creation. The certificate of insurance was not issued from the start of creation of policy. When I am trying to surrender they are asking for same and when I called to customer care or the help line mail, no response from Bajaj Allianz people.

I am already holding other insurance policy from my company and would like to cancel this policy. With Immediate effect I request Bajaj Allianz to cancel the insurance policy and start refunding the same to my account details sent in mail dated .

    Deficiency in services, breach of trust, cheating, fraud wrongful debit of premium of rs. 7, 9666.00

    This is a complaint by a consumer, under section 2 (1) (C), in the consumer protection act 1986, in a written statement of complaint is filed here in writing to irda, describing an unfair trade practice has been adopted by the insurer, bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd. That she is consumer as defied under sections 2 (B) and 12 (B) is a person who can be termed as a consumer under the act is filing the complaint.

    General home insurance policy purchased from bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd for consumer’s home purchased dated 06.07.18 full premium amount paid rs 7, 966.00, via the credit card.

    G. This general home insurance policy was never issued or generated by bajaj allianz general insurance co., nor the debited amount of rs. 7.966.00, has the amount been refunded in case of erroneous billing.

    That, dated 06.07.2018, the consumer, calls bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd toll free phone number[protected], and[protected], dated 06.07.18 soliciting insurances and gets connected to customer service agent by the name of rahul.
    Considering that complainant had already purchased a policy of auto insurance from bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd., dated 28.06.18, hence consumer calls them soliciting for other two different policies a) travel insurance b) general home insurance.
    The customer care associate of bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd mr. Rahul who managed and takes the consumer thru the process of online purchasing both policies assures the consumer, dated 06.07.18, that all due care has been taken and no issues will hinder the process of purchasing policies online.
    Hence thus assured by an associate of bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd the complainant proceeds further and purchases two separate and different policies. The next policy the consumer, purchases on the same date 06.07.18, was a general insurance towards her home full payment rs. 7966.00 is paid towards the premium of general insurance paid and debited via credit card dated 06.07.18 at 10:04 am. After making two separate payments dated 06.07.18, the consumer is further reassured by the associate of bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd, mr. Rahul once again as she confirms with him regarding both policies and he re-assures her that the payment has been received and she will receive the soft as well as hard copies within two to three working days.

    However when the consumer does not receive the copy of general insurance but only a soft cop of travel insurance that she starts calling bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd toll free number beginning 09.07.18 up to 18.07.18 four times (Audio recording available) and requests information on all three insurance policies.

    To the surprise of consumer, she is is informed by the associates of bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd dated 09.07.18 named jyoti and sachin that they are unable to track the home insurance as she has not purchased the policy nor she has made any payment towards home / general insurance.

    That the consumer since then then emails and writes several request to bajaj alliance insurance co. Ltd beginning 05.08.18, seeking a refund of the amount which has been deducted from the credit card. Contrarily bajaj allianz continues to fool the consumer by deliberately refusing to acknowledge that the client has paid towards the general home insurance. However the company repeatedly continues to overlook her payment debited and regarding general insurance while repeatedly keeps mailing the soft copies of travel insurance. That the consumer after being deceived by baqjaj allianz then re-insurwes the house dated 10.07.2018 with another insurance provider and accordingly inform bajaj allianz to refund the amount back to her.

    That the insurer, bajaj allianz general insurance co. Ltd to refund the amount of rs. 7.966 which they have fraudulently charged from

    D) to return to the complainant the price, or, as the case may be, the charges paid by the complainant;
    E) to pay such amount as may be awarded by it as compensation to
    F) the consumer for any loss or injury suffered by the consumer due
    G) to the fraud of the opposite party;
    H) to discontinue the unfair trade practice or the restrictive trade practice or not to repeat it to provide from adequate costs to complainant;

          I went to one of the cashless hospital mentioned by bajaj allainz and found it really expensive but as i was covered cashless i thought Bajaj will look after me. But I ened by paying huge money from my pocket because bajaj alliancz refused my claim simply by giving no reason.
          Hospital kept me for extra two days because my insurance company was reverting back hospital and i have paid for those extra two days as well.

That shows for very poor service of company. Also customercare contacts no. Are busy every time. I paid premium for policy but now they are not providing service. Also i send many reminders to company, every time reply received that our representive contact with you within 24 hours but shamfully no one contact with me. What i so now?

                Recently i have applied for the term insurance, while paying the agent assured me that 1 year itr along with 6 months bank statement will be enough to issue the policy. So with, life insurance application no. [protected], i issued a cheque in favour of bajaj allianz of rs 14237, due to some reason term insurance was not given and today i got refund of rs11827,
                While paying for the insurance the agent didn't informed me for any charges if insurance policy is not issued. This is clear case of fraud. And i want my remaining rs 2410 back.

                Hello,

                I was not aware about any medical charges, request you to look into the matter and kindly educate your policy selling agents properly so that they can tell about such things in advance, this is very ridiculous and won't be tolerated.
                Refund my money without any deduction.
                Paid for the last 5 years and if I surrender I'm not even getting close to what I paid. But a deducted amount which is almost 20K less from the principal amount. Companies involved here is CITI bank and Bajaj Life insurance mostly based in Bangalore. No info about the policy.

                Very disappointed.
                Sir, I have already deposited my annual premium amount of Rs 50000 from SBI bank account from online process on 03.04.2019.But till date I haven't received my premium receipt for further action. Pl arrange to send the premium receipt on my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                  My queries on the approved amount against garage bill is not answered.

                  1, the itemized bill should list the list the items which are not considered as they are consumables from the original bill from the garage. Please send that list of consumable from the bill which are not considered.
                  2. If the labour is charged on a higher side then it should be sorted between you and garage not me. There is no communication about the higher charge. Your approval should be based on the final bill. Policy says 100% labour will be approved. If not then you need to sort this out with the garage. When i asked for the itemized report on the day of approval you said it will take 2-3 days. So i am not responsible if its not approved due to higher charge.
                  3. There is no rule that i need to submit towing charge upfront. As long i produce the valid bill before the final settlement. So it should be considered

                  So all 3 items are still open at your end. I hope it will be closed soon favorably.

                      I had written several mails and contacted customer care but no response. Every-time i call customer care and the executive says that he has escalated the issue to the concerned team and they will contact you within 48 hour.

                          I took a policy in the year 2001 from allianz bajaj life insurance company, this policy was for my infant child now he is 18 years old, he got his individual saving account.
                          We paid life insurance premium regularly, policy no. Is [protected], i got a claim on my name as ms sajitha arun bhakaran its my marriage name, i have my pancard on my maiden name & so my bank account too.
                          I ask the life insurance company since my son turned 18years now & he has a saving account ask to do neft to his account.
                          I called customer care they said it can be done & ask to visit branch, they raised issue & after 4 months followup got to know again the claim cheque issue on same name delieverd earlier, whts the use of it when i cannot encash that money. Its my hardearned money which is paid last 17years for my childs future as per my situation. Now its time for me to encash my money.
                          I need help, i ned a resolution to it... Please help

                              I have asked for an ncb certificate for my auto insurance policy over two weeks back. Issue number is 77300062.

                              Sent email to customercare and called their customer care number at least 3 times. After wasting a lot of valuable time, and repeatedly hearing empty promises that someone would contact me over phone, i am registering this complaint.

                              Wonder what are the rights of insurance policy holders, and how companies like bajaj allianz and their executives (Not call center agents) can be held responsible for customer harassment and hardship, and taught a lesson they would remember for many years as per the law of the land!!

                                Hi,

                                I have taken bajaj allianz sarve shakti suraksha policy through citibank and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 60 months. (Premium is deducted automatically from salary account)
                                Now i want to surrender the policy. I have dropped an email to support team a year ago, but did not receive any response.

                                Also, dropped another email to help. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in yesterday, but did not receive any call/email regarding the same.

                                Earlier, i have contacted the citibank to resolve the same, but they said that there is nothing they can do about it as it is a product of bajaj.

                                Looking forward for your reply and action towards the same.

                                  I m payal my policy number is [protected] and 2nd policy number is [protected] i purchased both policy in 2015 year that time i applied for ecs service alos but from bank and your agent are not supporting well and there was miss comunication gap... And my both policy was laps..
                                  Now i can't receive any call and any later from bajaj company and my policy is terminated... And only 10% value cheque sent by post...
                                  It is really ridiculous service
                                  I want my all money any how... Other wise i will complain in consumer court
