Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company — Non Renewal of Health Insurance policy and no refund

It is a fraud company. The date of policy renewal was 8th July 2026. I paid the renewal amount on 23rd June 2026 expecting renewed policy issuance. But the policy was not issued. After several correspondence from my side, it was informed to me that they had reversed the amount back in my bank account without any reason. After submitting complaint on BimaBharosa portal, a payment link was provided again so i paid 16, 380/- immediately on 3rd July 2026. But again the policy was not issued and suddenly on last date of approval i.e 9th July 2026 they asked me to pay Rs. 4260 more if i want my policy to be issued. I was forced to pay the amount as it was last date of renewal and i did not want my continuity of policy to break. The policy was issued and sent. However, i checked the document it showed that a Health Prime rider (add on) was added unilaterally by the company. When i asked them to cancel this Add on and refund that extra paid amount, they cancelled my whole policy without citing any reason. No reply of emails, no customer care support. I am without health insurance cover now. No refund nothing
