[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company — Unfair Settlement

It took more than three months and several emails, calls and efforts to get my vehicle repaired though it was taken by company's recovery van to the workshop of their choice. Although my car was in a cashless workshop (as advertised by the company) they asked me to deposit money in their account before they can start work on my car which I did immediately considering it will be reversed after the settlement.
Now after three months I get an email that I have to pay around 66, 000/- for the repair of the vehicle from my pocket and it will not be covered from the insurance. 66, 000/- is not a small amount and I refuse to accept this adjustment. I will also claim for not repairing my vehicle for more than three months.
Please reply me asap.
