[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Insurance — Would request you to ban bajaj insurance & help me to claim my insurance

I have done my Car insurance at Prathama Motors with additional option of Bumper to Bumper based on Prathama Motors Insurance executive suggestion, Executives asked me to pay the money and did same & they gave me Bajaj Allianz Insurance . The reason I am talking this in start of the mail that always Executives /Service providers should refer /advice /provide the best policy to Customer .

Now I am in trouble, last week on 26th june I was traveling in place called Kottigehara - Mudigere district –Village road & it was raining heavily - front vehicle (Truck) has suddenly stooped & it was surprise to me but suddenly I have reacted & took car right side unfortunately my car right hand side bumper got hit to culvert & Car front bonnet got touched to Truck back side & got dent .

Came back Bangalore on 28th June and met Prathama Motors service Executive Nithesh kumar & explained him in details & put Car Bumper & Bonnet repair – later Insurance guy called me & offered only one repair either Bumper or Bonnet – I was surprised & explained and try convinced him for claim but he rejected- it’s really disappointed and thinking why did I went for Insurance “Bumper to Bumper” paying extra money !!

Now Insurance agent is agreed for only one repair ie Car Bumper

My worry is after paying extra money for Bumper to Bumper insurance why Insurance agent is denied to pay for Bonnet dent - I heard from Service Executive, other staff members also my friends& colleagues that Bajaj Insurance people are always like that they don’t allow customer to claim for all damages if that is the cases why Prathama Motors is joined with that kind of Insurance Company and make customers straggle .

Would request Pratham Motars TOP MANAGEMENT intervene & help to repair Bonnet dent through my insurance policy – also would request you to ban Bajaj Insurance from Prathama motors all over India for better customer service & feedback so that customer will not struggles
