I am shocked after 8 day of survey by bajaj car insurance team that my accident claim has been disapproved.
My car was theft on 23 june and recoverd by police on 25 th june.
Car was shifted to vipul motor makvuya nagar on 30 june.
Since then bajaj company are trying to make decision and finally these people were able to decide that they will not settle my claim.I think that yhe below I.Q people could make right decision earlier.They ruined my 5 days and money that i did in phone calls with baja.The final decision of disapproval was did not inform to me.
Frankly suggesting that this is fake company.Never think about bajaj allianz car insurance.

I am paying premium since 4 and half year and now what i got after car accident is Zero.
So never go towards bajaj car insurance.

never buy bajaj insurance ...when it comes to give claim ...they are the worst company.
they did same with me. they refused me to give claim for front windscreen, after an accident.

    Re: claim no.[protected] for car

    I have been waiting three days already to take delivery of my car wb02ag 3167 and have been waiting for breakup of the amount asked fromme, for my car repairs done at saini workshop in mominpore.

    You are aware that this is affecting my work and i reserve the rightto claim damages for conveyance, at a rate of rs.3000/- per day fromyour company.

    I will be compelled to take the matter to higher authorities if you donot provide me the breakup immediately.

    I have to put on record too, that you have not picked up any of mycalls from the outset, which i think is very unprofessional.

    Due want of the breakdown of the the items for which
    I am supposed to pay and which was not provided.

    I have a bumper to bumper cover and an excess of rs.1000/-
    Plus 1500/- (reason unknown?) = rs 2500/-.

    I understand from mr. arup dey of saini hyundai that you
    Have limited your liability to rs 14184/- and the balance of
    About rs 5900/-, has to be paid by me, which i am finding high and unacceptable.

    As promised by you over phone, i await the breakup tomorrow first hour in the

      I am having a policy of bajaj alianz life insurance co ltd my policy no is[protected] for which i had paid rs 17836/-by cheque no 58 of hdfc bank in there axis bank branch on 28.06.2016 for which they didnt issued any type of reciept just reply after clearence receipt will be sent to your address and the same amount was debited from my account on 03.06.2016 in the name of bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd.On 18.06.2016 i am getting a sms that my policy is lapsed i got shocked and asked company about the matter they replying mount which was debited from my account has not reacived in bajaj allianz, for safe sideof my policy i made again online payment with interest amount rs 17992/-all this matter sent to bajaj via mail on 21.06.2016 but only a reply came from there end for this matter will contact you shortly but till date no action has yet taken from bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd.
      So i request you to kindly take necessary action and do the needful.

        I had bought voltas AC of 33, 000 on emi with bajaj allianz, they said that pay extra Rs.2969/- and we will extend the service warranty for 2 years. Now ithere is a fault in AC I had called them on 17th july to their customer care no. they registered the complaint with complaint no. - OC[protected] and they said that they will provide the service within 3 days but no one had come then I again called they provide me numbers of different people where I have to call then I called all these number but they even didn't receive my call again I called the customer care they registered complain with complaint no. 63196561 they said it's on highly priority their engineers will reach soon but no one called me... Now I repeated the process I call them n they only give me numbers to but nothing has been happened yet... Please help me from these companies who looted their customer...

          Would request you to ban bajaj insurance & help me to claim my insurance

          I have done my Car insurance at Prathama Motors with additional option of Bumper to Bumper based on Prathama Motors Insurance executive suggestion, Executives asked me to pay the money and did same & they gave me Bajaj Allianz Insurance . The reason I am talking this in start of the mail that always Executives /Service providers should refer /advice /provide the best policy to Customer .

          Now I am in trouble,...

          I purchased a insurance policy (policy no. :[protected] bajaj l. i. c) from haryana gramin bank bhattu kalan distt fatehabad on dated[protected] of rupees 2000 per anumn.
          I made a first payment of rs 2000 on[protected]. and after i made next payment of rs. 6000/- for the account of bajaj l. i. c on dated[protected] for the years 2011, 2012 & 2013. but i havn't any kind of policy in hand in terms of hard copy. and now i wanted to renew the policy. but bajaj l. i. c sirsa said that your policy has expired because u made only 1-payment. but when i talk to haryana gramin bank bhattu kalan they told to contact only insurance company. and bajaj l. i. c has not make any kind of favour to solce the problem. a copy of trasaction is attatchedwith it.
          So i request to u please take necessary action to resolve the problem soon.

              Hi all,

              I took the policy on 28-july-2012 and have been paying inr 1500 as emi every month. let me give you the return details to you. the returns are after excluding insurance charges from the total premium amount, i. e. i pay emi of 1500 and insurance and taxes are 250, so remaining portion inr 1250 goes for investments.

              For the first year the return was astonishing 2.2%

              For 2nd year the return was super astonishing 3.1%

              For 3rd year the return was bumper astonishing 4%

              This calculation was based on their method. now let me explain you the my method. i have paid inr 72000 (48*1500), now as per them inr 219 goes towards li and inr 31 goes towards taxes. so they deduct some fund management charges and god know how much is that but as of today the value of my investments is inr 59638 which is lesser than my investments value (excluding insurance) (1250*48=60000).in 4 years the value did not break even.

              This is the fraud-est policy and most fraud company. the reason why people don't trust indian companies are because of companies like them. the executive from who i have taken this policy clearly told me that they invest in government securities and return would never be less than 8% pa. i am closing this policy asap and i would recommend every people to never take any policy from bajaj allianz. to bajaj allianz this is my warning to you, i am son of baniya and you can never digest my money, will dent you more severely than you can imagine. i am not abusing you because i know how will i recover my money from you. just be prepared.

                    I have this policy with bajaj allianz since march 2012, at the time of policy issue i was told that after 4 years of policy term i can surrender this policy and i will get premium paid plus investment return, now when i am in need of money i call their customer care and they informed that surrender value is 67000, while i have paid 78000 premium till date. I am being told that initially they had some bull charges which is why i am getting less value.

                      My policy No. is OG[protected]-00000012.
                      They have not mentioned the amount under addon cover AD3(accidental emergency) for which they have charged me a premium of Rs. 754-00. I have been asking them to specify the amount in the policy document for last 1-1/2 half months. But I am not yet getting the resolution. What I am getting is vague answers like I have not opted while renewal for accidental cover etc.
                      Non claim bonus amount is also not correctly mentioned. Two different figures appear at two different places in the same policy document. My follow up with their grievance redressal dept. has also not yielded any result.

                        Please help, I am almost daily getting a call and caller mentioning representative of bajaj Allianz. Mostly fake I guess.

                        Just few minutes ago I received a call by lady mentioning that she is manager and calling from Hyderabad branch and she was extremely rude in talking.

                        Even mentioned that Bajaj do not have any time to call customers again and again etc.
                        This was even pathetic. IF she consider as Manager in Bajaj then I seriously doubt on capacity of brand name like Bajaj. Teach her first attitude to talk.

                          Hello,


                          My name is pratap singh chaudhary. I am resident of vaishali, gzb and own a volkswagen polo (Petrol) red color (Hr-51-aw[protected] model, also regular zero dep policy holder for the same.


                          On 14th june while going towards delhi on nh-24 morning 9:30am (Appox) there was a sudden chain accident in which i was hit from back but impact was that my car collided in front vehicle and being on the right side of road dent came under right driver window gate. This was so fast that nearly 7-8 cars were in sequience.

                          On returning home when i checked the car i found damage to front-rear bumper, also found a small crack on front windshield glass.


                          On 15th i called bajaj allianz and after describing the above incident took my car to volkswagen body shop located at industrial area sahibabad, gzb. I was given no of mr. Saurabh juneja ([protected]) had a word with him and as per procedure submitted all documents with form. (Claim no - oc[protected]-[protected]


                          Concern here is that when i ask the body shop people that say that servey is done but you have to talk once to mr saurabh. Ok, i had a word, described my incident and he said that will get it done.


                          But now 3 days have past and daily this is repeating. Daily i am narrating him the incident and again no response, he just says that will see to it. Keeps my phone on blocked mode (Always tells busy after a ring) in day time. Is there any kind of favor we need to give to surveyor to get work done??


                          I every year invest nearly 20, 000/- in insurance and that is for assets and if at time o[censored]rgency if we don’t get help and face ignorance and bad gesture. If things don't get rectified i don’t think i will renew my policy again with bajaj.

                            On 10th june i filed a complaint against the settlement of my claim. I received call from mr. Gurdeep on 13th june he said he will call me in few min. After checking with the surveyor (Mr. Rajeev batra) and the case. It's been 3 days and no one has contacted me for any update.

                            How much time it's take to talk a person who's sitting right in front of you??

                              I wanted to buy a car insurance policy as my policy had expired so i contacted Bajaj Allianz. The premium for comprehensive policy was told to be Rs.9800 and an inspection was done. After the inspection a representative was sent to collect the premium on 9th June 2016(which was paid in cash Rs.9800) and he gave me a receipt of it. He told me that i would get the soft copy within 48 hours and hard copy will be couriered at the address given to them. But after a week of paying the premium I have not received the soft copy or the hard copy. When I contacted the representative he told me to speak to Rinku madam who is the sales rep from Bajaj Allianz(she had finalized the premium and had sold me the policy).Rinku Madam in-turn gave me an another no. of a person and told me that he will take care of my policy. When I contacted this person named Mr.Vijay(coimbatore), he gave me reference of another person to followup for the policy. I am chasing to get my policy from almost a week now despite of the fact that i have paid the premium. I am really frustrated and concerned that if i am chasing Bajaj Allianz now for getting my policy, what will happen in case of a mishappening or an accident. Please help me here

                                I have a general insurance for my microwave. Policy No.- OG[protected]-00236297. I have some problem in my microwave 06.06.2016. Than I call customer care of Bajaj general insurance help desk number is.-[protected].They take complain and give me a complain number is it OC[protected]. Very next day one services engineer come and he identified problem an he open microwave switch for changing purpose they give assurance me within 2 day means (12.06.2016) we are solve your problem. But steel no body come and attained to solve my problem. I request your organisation please take action for this matter. We are suffering so many problem for microwave.

                                I have a general insurance for my Laptop. Policy No.- OG[protected]-00287092. I have charging problem in my Laptop April. I have complain for this and his fake engineer (Shailender ) come to my home for services and ask to me, we will take 1 week for resolving your issue. After that I am in trouble, continuously call his fake engineer, customer care and the person suggested by customer care like Prathibha lole and Bhubnesh Mehta but no body response properly. After sometime I got my laplop. After some time I am facing same problem in my laptop and again facing problem to concern person who resolve my problem every time I call customer care I get a new fake concern person with Higher Designation in Bajaj Allianz. Manjeet ([protected]) Not pick phone after some time phone switch off, Vishal ([protected]) not picking phone, some more No. that work 24X[protected]/[protected] according to customer care. On this No.[protected] executive talking each other but not respond to customer. After visiting 5 days no body is able to say what is problem and how much time to take for resolving problem, everybody transferring blem to each other.

                                  My policy no. Is "og[protected]" i have met with an accident on 18-05-16 and i made my claim on[protected]Claim no. Oc[protected].
                                  All the details regarding the accident is explained by me to the customer care executive who registered my claim. On the same day appointed surveyor (Rajeev batra) visited to survey my car and the next day i am informed by the workshop that the surveyor said he will check photos of the previous policy then let them know what can be done. After two days of calling an he is not answering my call i received call from the workshop that rajeev is saying he can only approve repairs of the front side (Only miner dents) then i called him explaining that some truck hit my car from rear right side then how can you only approve front side because the major damage is on the rear he didn't listen to me.

                                  Then i talked with his senior (Pawan rajput) he gave me an amazing theory that how the accident happend "front car stopped and you hit it from behind thats how you got your front side damge which we can repair for you" then i asked how you can say that you are not there when it happend he said we know everything. Then i asked him can you tell me how my car damaged from behind if you know everything he said it might happend before that and we can not repair that. Then he gave me another phone no. After talking to four person (From bajaj rajeev, pawan, pramod and gurdeep) and one week they agreed on repairing front and side of the car but not the main area where the real damage is happend and i have paid 2000 for cabs till that day so i said ok repair what you can now i just want my car back. Now the problem is that they want me to sign a paper which says that i am satisfied with there service (Which i am not) and if i don't do that they will not give me cashless facility.

                                  And i also want to know that if they are not going to approve my claim then why they say we will check the photo then let you know it took 4 day just to check the photo and then they said you will get only front side (Why whats there in the photo i also want to see that)

                                  Now its the 12th day and i have spent 4500 for cab and i will get my car on 13-06-16 and i have to pay all the repair charge by my self because bajaj will not pay the insurance amount until i sign the satisfaction form. This is how they blackmail costumer if you are not satisfied whith there service.

                                  After paying 11000 for zero dep. Policy this is what i get now tell me how can i sign a paper which say i am satisfied when i am not.

                                  Yesterday I have recieved a call from Mr. Gurdeep (Bajaj Allianz). I have explained him everything. Then he said he will get back to me in few min. But its been 24 hr. and no one has contacted me regarding my complaint. This is the way BAJAJ treats its costumers? My biggest Problem is this only they do not give update or pick calls so I am not going to call any one from now onwards.

                                  After 16 days my car still in the workshop. I am paying for cabs and there is no solution. Please let me know if you are interestied in entertaining me or not.

                                  Need response ASAP.

                                  On 10th june i filed a complaint against the settlement of my claim. I received call from Mr. Gurdeep on 13th june he said he will call me in few min. after checking with the surveyor(Mr.Rajeev Batra)and the case. It's been 3 days and no one has contacted me for any update.

                                  How much time it's take to talk a person who's sitting right in front of you??

                                  IT'S BEEN 18 DAYS AND MY CAR STILL IN THE WORKSHOP. Now who is going to pay for the cabs.

                                    Policy no [protected], discontinue fund not transferred into my account till date, I resubmitted all require document dated 06/05/2016, and regular followup to Bhilai Branch (chhattisgarh) office, also called customer care but not satisfied replied, I also loged complaint through costumer care, he given complaint no. 62702630 dated 10/5/2016, every time customer care executive said your amt transfer will 2-3 days, pls resove my complaint and transferred my amt immediate.
