My self namita mitra from kolkata having commercial vehicle no. Wb19h 4031 who is having current insurance policy[protected] with bajajallianz. Previously this vehicle was having insurance with maruti insurance royal sundaram[protected]. Current policy was renewed by bajaj allianz associate sahadeb maity with agency code bag[protected]. Last year this policy was with "royal sundram" and last year there was one claim which i claimed with royal sundram but when i renewed the policy with bajajallianz associate mentioned "no claim bonus -25%" into the current policy which i am not suppose to get because i already having one claim with "royal sundram" for which the premium for current year got reduced and i paid rs19112 only.. The associate renewed the policy and i paid the amount. Unfortunately my cab met with an accident on 07th august 2018 for which drivers front mirror got cracked and i submitted the cab to dewars garage taratala & file a claim for the same. So when your verification associate sourik with mobile no [protected] visited and checked the policy he explained me the enitre terms and condition of the policy & i got shocked. He told me as no claim bonus is mentioned into the current policy so i am not eligible for any claim till i rectify the current policy by making the extra payment of no claim bonus. This is the work of renewal associate who should inform me the entire thing before renewing the policy which he has not done and i am facing the problem and he is not suppose to add no claim bonus into the current policy where i am not eligible for the same.
Now i send emails on this to bajaj & they are not taking it seriously and they are ignoring my email instead of taking steps and proper solution. This is kind of thing happening in the market by insurance company
