[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Motor insurance claim | |||
Hello, My name is pratap singh chaudhary. I am resident of vaishali, gzb and own a volkswagen polo (Petrol) red color (Hr-51-aw[protected] model, also regular zero dep policy holder for the same. On 14th june while going towards delhi on nh-24 morning 9:30am (Appox) there was a sudden chain accident in which i was hit from back but impact was that my car collided in front vehicle and being on the right side of road dent came under right driver window gate. This was so fast that nearly 7-8 cars were in sequience. On returning home when i checked the car i found damage to front-rear bumper, also found a small crack on front windshield glass. On 15th i called bajaj allianz and after describing the above incident took my car to volkswagen body shop located at industrial area sahibabad, gzb. I was given no of mr. Saurabh juneja ([protected]) had a word with him and as per procedure submitted all documents with form. (Claim no - oc[protected]-[protected] Concern here is that when i ask the body shop people that say that servey is done but you have to talk once to mr saurabh. Ok, i had a word, described my incident and he said that will get it done. But now 3 days have past and daily this is repeating. Daily i am narrating him the incident and again no response, he just says that will see to it. Keeps my phone on blocked mode (Always tells busy after a ring) in day time. Is there any kind of favor we need to give to surveyor to get work done?? I every year invest nearly 20, 000/- in insurance and that is for assets and if at time o[censored]rgency if we don’t get help and face ignorance and bad gesture. If things don't get rectified i don’t think i will renew my policy again with bajaj. Requesting to please look into it.
