Hi Team,
My policy No is [protected].
This policy is foreclosed but I am supposed to get an amount of rs. 8955.
I have uploaded my bank details in the portal and also have confirmed with the customer care of Bajaj Allianz.
This activity i had done on last week of November, 2018 but still i have not got the amount credited to my Bank account.
Whenever i am calling the customer care they keep on telling that the case is pending from the financial team.
Now it is more than two months since i submitted my documents.
Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.
