Bajaj Allianz — Relieving letter for resigned employee

If after resignation I am unable to serve my notice period complete due to family issues and get absconding and termination letter thereafter, can I get my relieving letter? I served from[protected] to 17th May, 2023. And accordingly my last working day was on 17th June, 2023. But the HR is not approving the relieving letter and terminated on the grounds of Voluntarily Abandonment from employment. I am ready to compensate for the month of notice period dues from my salary. And this type of termination clause was nowhere mentioned in the offer letter.Please help urgently.
