Bajaj Allianz — Remove my pan no from irdai portal

I am writing this as a formal consumer complaint regarding the non-removal of my PAN number from the IRDAI portal.

I had been allotted an agent code with Bajaj Alianz, which I am no longer using. I have already contacted the Branch Manager (who confirmed my request has been approved) and also mailed the company’s customer care, but till date, my PAN remains linked in the IRDAI portal and not getting any resolution.

Due to this, I am unable to complete my appointment process with my new insure. kindly please remove my pan no from IRDAI porta as an urgent basis.
