I have consistently called your service helpline for the renewal of my overseas health insurance which requires a us billing address for claims to be sent. However your team has made no effort to get back to me - not answering my calls and not calling me back. After no response from one of your people named anita - i received a call from your delhi office - that unsurprisingly failed to connect me to the person in charge. It's disappointing that your organization is so badly organized and so in effective. This leaves me no chose but to get an insurance from another company. Was this information helpful? | |||
