I intimate about my stolen phone claim 23 march with int no. Int[protected], but till date no one employee of bajaj allianz contact with us for further claim process. That shows for very poor service of company. Also customercare contacts no. Are busy every time. I paid premium for policy but now they are not providing service. Also i send many reminders to company, every time reply received that our representive contact with you within 24 hours but shamfully no one contact with me. What i so now?
