[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — accidental bike repairing | |
Hello sir, on 13 feb 2018 i met with an accident when i was returning to home. So i submitted my bike to the bajaj auto (Pratap auto india private limited 182/83 industrial area, phase 1 chandigarh). My bike damaged from the front suspensions, headlight and front mudguard. My complaint is about that they never pickup phone calls and they delayed my repair by 3 months and they mishandled my bike parts (When i submitted my bike it was only damaged but now they had removed my gas tank on off switch. My mudguard is not complete and they removed the pulsar badges from the engine. I don't know why they did this but i am really angry about this kind of behaviour, even my petrol tank is empty now, it was in on position when i left it over to them and they said that bring your own petrol and take your bike, i even told about the braking pressure was not good. They are charging me full repair cost which i am giving but they removed some other parts from the bike (What kind of behaviour is this. Was this information helpful? | |

I took my bajaj avenger 150 claim 3 months ago, which was deposited in full amount, but even after 3 months, my refund is not being received and no positive answer is being given, no phon is not attending. Please take appropriate action.

I kedar patel a owner of bajaj discover 112 cc colour oval green my headlight visor is damage im d my selfsearching for anew visopr but i am not getting i have get harrased my self and i have lost much money to find my product in your showroom but no any showroom have kept your product take necessary step .
